Hurricane Fay: Post 2

okay, so it is a little past midnight right now. All I know right now is Fay is still a Tropical Storm. She is moving 10 miles per hour. That gives the storm time to pick up speed. The wind in the middle of the storm is at 69mph (that is 6mph away from a grade 1 hurricane). The rain is coming down hard here but we are just getting the outer bands.
