So I'm working today, and spontaneously my glasses kind of dissolved right there where I was standing. I wasn't even doing anything, just standing talking to a kid. This is great. I can kind of balance them on but they don't stay on and it's not really effective seeing, I must say. So I'm nautious and I look like more of a geek than nature had

I finally got a new pair of glasses last month - I was still wearing my first pair of glasses I got when I graduated from high school. I used to wear contacts, but those became a pain - having to take them out at night and such, dry eyes from smoke @ the bars, etc.. I didn't get fitted for contacts this time around - but technology sure has changes over the years - they have contacts you can wear for days at a time.

I've had these since I was 21, so it's been quite a few years. I just really dont have the money to buy new ones right now, so hopefully the super dork look is good for me.

That may help, but I don't even have the money to go to the eye Dr. and get the prescription yet...Maybe more like the first of the year, just have to wait and see.

He asked me who you were (Your LJ username, he said you seemed to have the same friends, and he'd been trying to figure out who you are) yesterday. i went over there and gave him the rest of the roast I made, and a couple things of Izzy's (Gloves, and the Zepplin Banner...finally found a good home). He's getting the t-shirts too, as soon as I find them, they are in a box.
