Don't let them stress you. Even though you may like the job, there are other companies out there, guaranteed, that do the same thing, pay approximately what you're already making, and may even have a lower stress environment. You've got bigger & better things to worry about, without having to deal with job stress on top of it. If they can't leave you alone, time for bigger & better things, and leave the small-timers in the minor league.
