No, no~ Miyavi was using a shamisen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shamisen). Koto looks like this:

no, ju-ken IS anna's normal bassist, he was the REASON my friend and i went to the anna concert and we got into her music in the FIRST place xD and side note:ju-ken isnt the "new dude" of JOB anymore, the new drummer (Whose name escapes me right now) is the new guy. =)
