I'm sure most of you have heard about the devastation in South Asia from the tsunamis and earthquake. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of suffering that is felt in South Asia right now, it is hard to see any natural benevolence existing at all in the face of such insurmountable destruction.

I wouldn't think about your life with any hint of shame though. There are countless things that you have done which will enable a future of endless possibility. Your accomplishments should only glow when looked at from an objective perspective of the world.

Hope you're having a wonderful time in China and had a great Christmas and birthday! Do me a favour and find a random hot guy on the street so you can tell him "nee how shen ga gen da gee gee" ;)
