Thanks for the encouragement, Mel. Big David may not like it, but I am going to keep applying and keep applying until they do hire me as a permanent employee, not matter how long it takes. I really enjoyed working there, the people were great, the environment was/is extremely friendly, management cares about the employees...why would I want to work anywhere else? I already know how to use the register, I was getting better with the product knowledge (at least with Bath & Body Works, White Barn Candle Co. is another story), I interacted great with the customers, etc.
My thinking is this: if I've found a place that I enjoy working at, then I'm going to do everything in my power to be hired there again and again, until I'm offered a permanent position.
