Yumity yum though if eaten before fully mature. Normally I try to prevent weeds going to seed as well though.

I just discovered the value of lblanchard's position on wood sorrel and seed-setting: the pods explode and fling the seeds everywhere. I got hit in the face by several loads of wood sorrel seeds this morning.

LOL, on the one hand I totally agree on not letting weeds go to seed. On the other hand, I do love exploding seed pods.

I bet you thoroughly enjoy serendipitous discoveries in your garden, such as those planted by exploding seed pods flinging seeds everywhere and anywhere.

That's interesting. I like the leaves but I never thought about trying the pods.

Haha. I just realized how much they are like a teeny okra in bloom and flower shape and color (but not in taste).
