When I saw Sir Ridley Scott at the director's cut of KoH, he said about the same thing, with the studios having such a heavy hand in the filming process. Too bad, because the director's cuts are always so much better, but the damage is already done. It's amazing what a bit of editing can do to a film, isn't it?

I just received my copy of Troy in the mail and i can't wait to see it! No little archer, huh? Too bad...

*hugs*

You mean the bed is still in the way? Damn! It sounds like you all had a great time! I'm glad Jet didn't have to come to your aid! :-P

ohhh when are we getting Troy uncut?!

I am so glad you survived the popcorn gagging. Would have been a shame that we lost you in a movie. ;)

*thumbs up on the Jane Austin book club* I am SO behind in movies. I MEAN SO BEHIND. I just realized Eliabeth the golden age is out. WTF! I need to get hoppin! Damn pug and scrapbook addiction! Now if they would only let ms. aine come on in with me to the movies - omg. Would that be most awesome.

The Director's Cut of Troy is out now. Elizabeth doesn't open until the 16th of October so you have some time.

If you already own it than no, just rent it. If you don't own it then yes, pick it up.
