I've only been seriously GOING AT IT for a little under two weeks now, and I've lost 4 to 6 pounds maybe?? seems like PRETTY GOOD results for the very small amount of effort I've been putting in, I guess! I started doing some very light exercise/yoga for 20 to 30 minutes each day (THANKS, WII FIT PLUS), which is about 20 to 30
