Its a new bed I made last year but hadn't planted much in. The stuff I transplanted last year - peonies, lovage, sage, bloodroot, and several things I forgot the name of, came back fine. Most of the ones I added last week are blue and white. The mystery perennials will add some variety into the color scheme, as will the aster / mum type plants I've had for a while - a deep red for the fall - and clematis in white, blue, and red. I planted Jacobs ladder, lobelia, nicotina, delphinium, some wild yarrow, which is white and a pack of yellow snapdragons. Can't wait to watch it grow!!!
Well, I think my brain surviving even when it's not exam period is a bit of an iffy thing, but I'm only mildly incapacitated, so I guess I'm going to have to wait for the jury to rule on that, haha. Thanks for asking! How're things on your end? How are your kids doing? Is the one on the West coast homesick at all?
I planted veg last weekend (potato, carrot, courgette, salad stuff). I need to get flowers into bigger pots for flora displays. The (new) garden is growing like mad!!!
