I think its kind of odd, they are all so old and they give off a mature vibe, and all of a sudden a cute girl comes in

Your icon is funny xD . They aren't old perse. Koharu is only 14. But I mean now Koharu and Aika are YOUNGER then some of the Berryz members. It's weird! They don't give off a mature vibe really. Those Aruiteru outfits are like HAPPY CUTE WEIRD! WOO! But I guess just one weird girl could come in and make it cool like Eri =) Weird is always good.

their music has been a little more mature?
it feels like H!P is trying to reach an older audience?
but dont get me wrong, still like minami
i have a feeling she'll give a positive turn for H!P

Well, not too sure actually. I was really hoping that Minami would also be part of 8th gen, but she's seems too old and "mature" for the cutesy image Tsunku was looking for, even if she did have the best singing voice.

But we'll see whenever they give her a make-over and she actually debuts with the group.

Right, right that's true. Aika seems like Eri a lot to me with the weirdness and just general awkwardness, so maybe Eri will be her mentor :D.

I just want Tsunku to recruit Minami for H!P in general. I can see how she wouldn't fit into MM, since my first impression of her was of a character similiar to Reina's (with the dyed hair, good singing voice etc.), but I think she'd be good as a solo artist or something.

I like Micchi!
I didn't at first, because I thought she would just be dead weight (like Koharu *cough*) at first, but after Egao YES Nude, I really began to appreciate her voice and her personality.
