Dean is the only person Mary knows from home here on Atia. He's also the hunter who showed up out of the blue just in time for the yellow-eyed demon to murder both of Mary's parents and John before Mary made a deal for his life, so she's a little conflicted. On the one hand, Dean's a hunter and he seems to genuinely want to look out for her. On the other...she's a little wary and she gets the feeling he's lying to her about a whole lot. Still, he's the only bit of familiar she's got here, so she considers him a friend and fellow hunter in arms. For now.

Mary knows Sam through virtue of him being Dean's younger brother, and yet another hunter on the island that she can count on should the uprising against Atia ever come. He confuses her a little bit because of all the attention and hovering and she gets the feeling that if she ever spoke sharply to him it'd crush him, but he also keeps her at an arm's length and she has that same irritating feeling she gets from his brother, that he's hiding something important from her. Plus he rejected the idea of loosening her collar and she's beyond embarrassed about ever asking in the first place and wants to forget that it ever happened. He wants to be a friend, and she could use a few, so...he's a friend.

Mary has no idea what to think of Castiel. Her concept of "angels", apart from little naked cherubs on Valentine's Day cards, is a little fuzzy and she doesn't know if she believes in an omniscient and all power God that gives a fig what's happening on Earth. Add to the fact that their first meeting was a bit of a blunder and he said a whole lot of things that she doesn't know whether to believe or not. For now, she's reserving judgment but she's still suspicious and she'll take any chance she gets to grill him about what he knows.

If Ruby's mention of breaking Devil's Traps didn't set off Mary's warning bells, then Dean's attitude and warnings would have. Mary knows that Ruby is hiding her true nature, but she hasn't cottoned on to the whole 'demon' thing yet, though prepare for fireworks if she does. For now, Mary's just warily keeping an eye on her in case of trouble.
