I have been a victim of Chronic Sinusitis ever since I can remember. I react badly to environmental changes, especially quick, extreme changes in the weather. In the last two weeks, the temperature has oscillated from "warm summer" to "pleasantly chilly autumn" to "cold wet autumnal showers". While we are still a few weeks away from the bone-
