Now now, why would you gate crash when you could swim your way in with a pot full of bengali fish curry! ;) We both do the cooking. I should put up pictures of our experiments sometimes. Even if they don't taste great, they are very photogenic. :)

Yes, memories like these are great treasures. Someday I hope they build Prof. Dumblebore's memory sieve from Harry potter and we are all able to visit our past at will. :)

Beautiful memories, Mona....wow...this brought back a wave of old memories, I had so many Christian friends in school and college...and courtesy them, I have fascinating memories of this fun-filled festival. I began getting my own Christmas tree and Christ's crib around the time I was 10 or so. Thanks for this. :)

Have a brilliant 2008!

Bombay truly comes alive on festivals, doesn't it? school christmas celebrations probably deserve yet another post. Life at 10 is the best time ever! You have a good time bidding farewell to 2007 and welcoming 2008. We're going off tom on a week's trip to Hawke's bay to celebrate! :)

A glimpse into your (and other people's) memories is what makes me keep coming back to LJ. Thanks for the post.
