In times like these, I feel like God is showing me that He is the only one who is ALWAYS there for me. Maybe that's what my Lent is all about. Maybe I will need to feel abandoned by earthly things (and people) so that I can put more of my trust in Him. Which is interesting, because I thought I was being trusting... I guess I'm not trusting in Him
