Here's some emails I've dealt with today, (edited because you don't need to know the names, just the situation)



Keep in mind that I make tickets for hardware/software installs, network ports and logins.

:: A request for a network port activation ::

My response: We apologize for the inconvenience. The exact port number is needed before we will be able to create the request. The ticket will be created when the information is received. If you have any questions, please contact your manager.

Their response: Which number is the port number? There are multiple numbers on the ports.

* WHAT PART OF CONTACT YOUR MANAGER IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!?!?!?!?! *

:: A request to have their hard drive expanded ::

My first response: Please contact the Service Desk at *********in order to have your drive space looked at and some information possibly removed. If it is determined that a bigger hard drive is necessary, please include the Help Desk ticket number as well as more detailed information. Specifically if you would like to increase the hard drive in your computer or your network hard drive.

Their first response: Help desk Ticket was raised 20 days back and they tried removing the data. But after 20 days now again the hard disk is full.

I contacted service desk and they asked me to raise Hard Drive request.

*Of course it's full after 20 days, you keep downloading porn or something*

My second response: Please let us know if you need to have the network hard drive size increased or your computer's hard drive. Also, please let us know the Help Desk ticket number given to you for this issue.

Their second response: I need to computer hard drive size to be increased. Help desk didn't provide the ticket number, If it is must have I will trying getting it.

* I know for a fact that if you call them and ask, they will give you the number, and I know you want your space increased, that was in the original request fucktard *

My third response: Please provide your computer's make and model number and the size of the hard drive you are requesting. The make and model number is on a sticker on the front of your computer. Please understand that once this request is complete, you will be receiving a new hard drive, or a secondary hard drive for storage. Also, manager's approval is needed before we can complete the request.

Their third response: Make: ****************** US
****** Serial No. **************

Manager has already approved the request. Also attaching the manager's approval email.

*Ok, was there anything in there that said how big of a HD they want, did I miss it? I didn't think so. *

My latest request to this person (keep in mind this is one email string) : Thank you for the response. Please indicate what size of hard drive you would like ordered?

CAN'T YOU TAKE YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS AND ANSWER MY FUCKING QUESTIONS?????????

I'm not typing in greek here people, it's plain and simple english.
