Whether it be up or down is the question today.  Fred has been resting quietly the last few days, making some ladybug sized steps of progress on the ventilator, and a skitter backwards on having some swelling from retaining fluid.   Still the quiet time is stable time and so that is positive.  Whether we are moving forward and upward, or slipping
