It's a weeklong party. There is a culture of friendliness that people seem to love and to cultivate. Considering that my sexual attraction requires facial hair but then varies wildly after that, I was in eye candy heaven.
I have been going to the Boatslip for years...even before there ever was a bear movement..and it has always been a festive time for groups of gays..with or without face-fuzz...I recall Columbus days especially.
The beauty of the Cape, the safe, gay haven of Provincetown, the relief of being on vacation and away from it all...the Tete-a-tetes underneath the boardwalk...the tea parties at sunset...they all combine to make it a most enjoyable experience..the right people at the right place. I miss it
Thanks for the great photography. Time has moved onward, but things, it seems, really haven't changed much at all.
Quite an amazing group of pictures. Very nice assortment of beautiful men. The shot of the dance floor with the fellows bathed in blue in the foreground is utterly breathtaking!
