Oh, a shining apotheosis of wit and cleverness wouldn't have made a spelling or linguistic error in all but one of his sentences in a reply. Nor entirely unnecessarily admitted a lapse in knowledge of one of the most basic symbols of mathematics. My disappointment: it comes in waves.
