It is a bit bothersome when my mother tries to destroy what little idealism I have left.

I wish I had read A Man without a Country sooner. It would have been perfect last week. I read an excerpt from Hocus Pocus to the Wash the day after Kurt Vonnegut died, because it was the first book of his I ever read, and I love it. Can someone remind me why I haven't seriously considered music as a second major since I got to UVa?
