Summary: Eunhyuk lovesDonghae and only him. He was super happy when Donghae seems to feel the same way too. But everything seems to fall apart when Donghae suddenly left him behind. His life becomes a mess and the wound Donghae gave him is still not healing because it's been waiting for one and only one person who will heal the wound and kissed the pain away. Will he come back and alter the past? Or, stay a coward and leave his love all behind?

Eunhyuk woke up by the alarm on his bedside table. He was still sleepy because he slept late, again. He doesn’t have to ask why anymore because his mind and heart knew that there’s only one reason for staying up till the nth time and that is none other than Lee Donghae.
He can’t sleep because he remembered something that made him smile. And that is not a good sign to him because it only means one thing: he’s falling for Donghae over and over again.
It happened 3 days after staying together under in one roof. He was aloof whenever Donghae’s around, he doesn’t know why but his gesture towards Donghae was telling him to move far, far away from him. And now he knew the reason why.
*Flashback*
Eunhyuk was lazing off at the balcony of Eeteuk’s house, with his arms on his head for support while a book was on his face, covering his pouted lips and closed eyes. He got one thing to do: to babysit and entertain his Hyung’s visitor, but he was avoiding him for unspecific reason. Whenever Donghae got close to him, a maximum of 3 meters away is enough to push himself away from him as much as possible.
The two days they spent together was a wordless days. Oh well they talk but rarely talk. The usual lines they threw at each other was: Did you eat?; No I haven’t yet/Yes, I have. And that’s it. Eunhyuk was just hoping that Donghae wasn’t telling their “awkward atmosphere” to Leeteuk Hyung or he’ll “die”.
“Hyukkie…”
“Umm?”
“Hyukkie…”
“What?” Eunhyuk then took the book away from his face before facing Donghae with a bored expression on his face.
“Hyukkie, let’s go to Little Osaka. The neighbor Ajusshi this morning told me about it. It’s near here.”
“How many times do I have to tell you, don’t call me by that nickname? You never listen, do you?”
“Yes. So can you come with me later this evening? The Ajusshi said that there will be fireworks display and lots of activities since its festival.”
“I don’t want to. Why would I come with you? You can go there by yourself right?”
“Yes, but-never mind. I’ll go there by myself then.” Donghae left him with a pouted mouth.
Eunhyuk feels a tiny pinch of guilt but he wavered that on the back of his head and continued lazing off.

Five minutes after Donghae left, Eunhyuk was beginning to feel anxious. He doesn’t want to feel that way but he knew Donghae needs company and he wasn’t there to accompany him.
He was all set and ready to follow Donghae but his feet can’t move an inch near the door. His Wrong Brain says he needs to follow Donghae fast while his Right Brain’s telling him to let the guy wander around the unfamiliar town by himself.
“Ugh! Stupid brain!” He said to himself and smacks his head. He then heard a commotion outside. His feet finally decided to step out.
“Didn’t you here? There’s a rapist wandering around the town.” The gossiper Ajumma gossiped to the person next to her.
“Yes I’ve heard that one! My! It’s Little Osaka Town festival right now! Do you think the rapist will get his next victim there?” The other Ajumma said. And then they continue to gossiping while passing by the gate.
“Damn it. He’s not a girl but I don’t want anything bad happen to him or Teukie Hyung will scold me.” But Eunhyuk already knew the real answer inside… On why he was following Donghae right now. It’s not because he will be scolded, yes that’s half true, but because he wanted to protect Donghae since he was his guest or maybe something more than that.

When Eunhyuk finally arrives at the place, his eyes then started moving on its own, finding the person he was looking for. And after a moment of finding, he finally saw Donghae on one of the stands there. He runs towards him afterwards.
“Ajusshi, can I catch one clownfish, please? I want the blue one!” Eunhyuk heard Donghae said cheerfully at the vendor. He just watches him from the side as he sticks his tongue out while aiming for the blue wiggling clown fish in the plastic box.
“You will never get it if you’re like that. You’re scaring the fish.” Eunhyuk can’t help but to butt in when Donghae couldn’t seem to get what he wanted. He was pouting his lips in frustration, obviously frustrated at the bowl he was using that couldn’t catch a fish.
Donghae then turned to face Eunhyuk with a pout.
“So he doesn’t like me, then?”
“You can say that.” Eunhyuk then chuckled. He then get another bowl after paying the vendor and slowly but surely placed the bowl under the water and scoop the blue clownfish Donghae was aiming to get for.
“You did it!!! Thanks!!!” Donghae cheered childishly that made Eunhyuk rolled his eyes with a smile on his face.
‘He’s cute.’ he stated mentally but then shook it out from his head when his heart answered him bright ‘YES’.
“Thanks for helping me getting this one.” Donghae then thanked him again and kissed him on the cheek. Both of them got surprised at the sudden gesture, and so they stared at each other intently, after.
Fireworks then suddenly colored the night sky. That was their cue to finally wake up from staring at each other’s eyes.
“Fireworks Hyukkie!! Let’s get a good view!” Donghae was the first one to snap out and took Eunhyuk’s hand and drags him into the street, looking for a good spot to watch.
Eunhyuk, on the other hand, cleared his throat before commenting back at Donghae.
“I said don’t call me Hyukkie. How many times do I have to tell you that?”
“You can say that you don’t like it a million times but I know you didn’t really hate it like you say you did.”
“Whatever,” Eunhyuk sighed. He wasn’t pretty sure he hated the nickname he gave him so why Donghae knew he liked it more than him?
And so they did watched the colorful sky while holding each other’s hand without them noticing it, after… they just stared and dreamed watching the fireworks, giving its sparkling lights and wonderful designs in the sky… Dreaming about the next days they had to share together and planning on making both of them enjoyed each other’s company, starting by tomorrow.
Donghae, on the other hand, decided to change Eunhyuk’s first impression to him. And he’ll start after this.

He turns the knob to open the door and got surprised to see no one inside. The furniture was still on its place after he left. The broken frame, the empty fishbowl at the grand piano and the strawberry milk on the table was still there. It was a Déjà vu as the past started to replay again. The day everything was out of control. The day his heart got broken for the first time.
He then sweeps the dirt off from the grand piano in the middle of the house. He then sat on the chair and stared lifelessly at the now dirty white keys of the piano keys.
“So, he’s not home since then, then.” He said in grimaced. They used to play together on that piano, a gift from Leeteuk Hyung they received when they got this home from Kangin Hyung.
He then remembered the piece they always play together: A Kiss from a Rose by Seal.
His lips formed a little smile when he saw the notes in front of him, perfectly placed on the board with spider webs and dirt together with it as well.
He then started to press his fingers on the keys and sadly played the piece they used to love to play. The memories from the past started to play as he sang the song with grimace and pain.
How he regret everything had happened. How he wished it was all a dream. How he wished everything was back to normal, but he knew right there and then the answer to his question he always asked to himself every day,
“It will never happen.” But he was hopeful that he could change it somehow, somewhat. He just wishes that he was still in love with him, or he’s not yet in love with someone else, because if he does, then, he had to make him fall in love with him again.
“I’ll make sure to get him back and this time, I will never ever let go of him… ever again.” Donghae sighed with his superb confidence that he’ll make Eunhyuk come back to him. He was sure, absolutely confident that Hyukjae will be his once again.
“But for now, I have to find him first,” He then took his phone out from his pocket and searched the name of the person who can help him find Eunhyuk A.S.A.P.
