Twelve. The Last Date.
“What?!” We all blurted out except Leeteuk and Yesung who’s astonishingly looking at Heechul.
“Yes. You heard me right, Hae. I don’t know what happened. He just escaped. What do we do now?” Heechul Hyung said.
“The Marshals can handle him. I have to talk to them now.” I said and turned to face Hyukkie who’s also worried. “Hyukkie, stay on my room, okay? I’ll be back.” I promised and kissed him lightly on the lips before heading out of the room together with Heechul and Han Geng.

“Yes. Master Donghae. We’ll make sure to find him. We’ll be going now.” One of the marshals said and bowed before leaving my office.
“Are you sure, they can handle him?” Heechul Hyung asks.
“No. Siwon’s too strong for them. But our friends needs protection especially Hyukkie’s friends. They can slow him down.” I said and closes my eyes.
“We’ll warn the others. Don’t worry about Leeteuk Hyung, Sungmin and Yesung. They both got Wookie, Kyu and Kangin on their sides. I’m sure they’ll protect them.” Han Geng said that made me smile a little.
“Thanks Hyung.” I said and they both leave the room.
Siwon’s really a dark horse. He’s a head ache and the pain on the neck.

“Am I going to die? Or I’m not going to die? Going to die? Or not? OTOEKKAE?!” I screamed on the top of my lungs. I was in Donghae’s room together with Leeteuk Hyung.
“Hyuk! You’re not going to die, okay? So stop it! You’re hurting my ears.” Leeteuk answered and flip another page of the magazine.
I slump my butt on the bed and pulled my hair. I was on the verge of accepting my death when a tiny hope holed the darkness of Death and saved me.
Well, thinking about the cure. I don’t know why the first cure is really a cure. Is it? Does Love-making a cure? And about the Exchanging of blood, do I have to be an 18 years old to drink it? What if I can’t drink it? Though, what made me curious even more is the third cure. What is it that Leeteuk Hyung will like?
Is it marriage? Because he’s been talking about it the whole time. He’s looking at a wedding magazine right now, looking for something that will gave him an idea on how to make my wedding day special.
“Hyung, I’m not going to get married yet because one: I’m still minor and two: I have to finish studying first.” I said to him and sighed when he doesn’t seem to hear me.
“Leeteuk Hyung, I know you want me to marry him and I loved to marry him. But we have to consider everything first before going to the next step.” Donghae said. He’s in the door, looking exhausted.
He came to the bed and kissed my hair before sitting beside me.
“And that means, doing something that minors can’t do until they are matured enough to do it, is not one of your considerations, Lee Donghae?” the oldest male asks with his eyebrow lifting.
“No. But we can’t help it. I mean, we can but we need to do it ‘cause it’s one of the cure. I’m sorry if I took advantage on Hyukkie but I’m not going to say sorry for doing it.” Donghae said firmly, looking at Leeteuk straight in the eyes.
“What?! You mean-
“Hyung, stop it. It’s already done. We made it. I broke my promise to get married first before giving it but I never broke one thing. It is when I said I want to give it to someone I loved. Hyung, I love him. So please, let it go? He already promised to marry me after graduating from high school so you can now rest assured about the marriage thing, okay?” I said honestly. I believed him when he said that. He will never break his promise.
“But you have to promise me I’ll be the one arranging your wedding, okay?” He answered, loosening up from his anger and sighed. I hugged him tight because of that.
“Of course Hyung. It’s all yours.” I whispered and kissed his cheek.
“So Hyung, I didn’t mean to kick you out of the room but I need to sleep. We need to sleep so I’m asking you to leave us for now, is that okay? Kangin Hyung must be sad watching alone right now.” Donghae said and smiled.
“Oh? Kangin’s alone? Tsk! I must go down now or he’ll kill me! And! Don’t do anything okay? I have my ears. I can hear you.” Leeteuk said and jumps off the couch and run towards the door.
“Hyung, the room’s soundproof. Good luck!” Donghae teased before Leeteuk Hyung vanished from our sight.

“Hae, you want me to massage you? You look exhausted.” Hyukjae asks and tap his lap gesturing Donghae to lay his head there.
Donghae smilingly followed his boyfriend and rested his head on his lap comfortably. He can smell his strawberry scent that he loves the most.
“Hae, what do you think is the third cure?” He asks while still massaging Donghae temples.
“Uhm it’s a secret. I’ll tell you after you graduated.” Donghae answered and smiled while his eyes closed.
“That’s not fair!” Hyukjae shouted.
“Hyukkie, I have to wait for 4 more years just to give you the second cure. I think it’s not fair too. But I can’t do anything about it. We have to wait. You have to wait, okay?” he opens his eyes and look at Hyukjae. The latter nodded in defeat.
“Since, classes are starting tomorrow; we should have something special to do for the rest of the day. You want to go somewhere, Hyukkie?” Donghae asks Hyukjae.
“Are you asking me on a date, Lee Donghae?” Hyukjae teasingly asks and chuckle when the younger male blushed.
“Ehem. You can say that. So?” Donghae asks with a smile on his face.
“Your house’ rooftop. I want stargazing.” Hyukjae answered with a pink color flushed on his cheeks.
“Then stargazing it is. But first, let’s sleep again. You promise me that, right?”
“Okay. Thanks.”
And they both went back to bed. Cuddling each other and saying sweet-nothings on each other’s ears before finally went back to sleep.

I woke up with Donghae’s not on my side anymore. I look through the window and found out its night already. I look at my watch and it’s says 7:30 PM. I hurriedly went to the bathroom and took a bath. Maybe Donghae’s waiting for me. Why didn’t he wake me up?
I hurriedly scan his wardrobe to find something comfortable to wear and found navy blue jeans and a white shirt with a clown fish printed on it. I look myself in the mirror and see if I was err… good enough for the date. I was combing my hair when the door opens, revealing Donghae who look so good in his ripped off-white jeans and a white button down shirt, making him look extremely wonderful to stare at.
I chuckled. He smiled and came closer to me.
“Hyukkie, come with me.” He said. I thought he was going to hold my hand but no he didn’t. Instead, he put his hands in front of my eyes and covered it with his palms. I was astonishingly smiled at his action.
“What are you doing?” I ask.
“I’m leading you to the rooftop. I’ve got a surprise for you.” He said and kissed my hair before leading me outside the room, going to the rooftop.

After 15 minutes…
“Hyukkie, do you trust me?” He whispered in my ears and that made me more excited.
“Why?” I ask and chuckle.
“Do you have money?” He chuckled when I look at his side with a pout on my lips.
“No, I was just joking. Are you ready to see my surprise for you? Wookie and Sungmin helped me, by the way.” He asks.
“Really? I’m excited Hae! Yes. Can I open them now?” I ask excitedly.
“Okay but slowly open them.” He said and took out his hands that are covering my eyes.
Like Donghae said, I open them slowly and get surprised more when I saw what he did for me. Scented candles are all-over the place, warming up the scenery. I see one part of the floor is matted with a blue blanket with wine and two goblets on the mini table at the side. On the other side was a player and a freshly cut red roses from their backyard.
“You like it?” he asks smiling from ear to ear.
“Yes. Thank you. It’s simple yet romantic. Thank you again, Hae.” I answered and kissed him lightly on the lips. He smiled even more.
“But it’s not done yet. Wait to see the climax. First, May I?” he asked and bows a little to reach for my hand. He’s asking me to dance. I chuckled and placed my right hand on his left. He then pulled me closer and held my waist while the other is holding my hand tightly.
The music started to play. I laughed when The Afters Beautiful Love is being played.
“It’s not a song to slow dance with, Hae.” I said and laugh when we’re not catching up the beat.
“It’s okay. It’s my song for you tonight.” He said. “You’re beautiful, Love.” He whispered and that made me glow inside. I don’t care about the beat anymore. I was so happy dancing to the beat of our hearts.

After dancing, Donghae led me to the matted floor and help me take my seat. He then opens the champagne and poured me some.
This is the best date that happens in my life. I will treasure it. I will treasure Donghae the most.
“Hyukkie, slow down. You don’t want to get yourself drunk, right? You have classes tomorrow.” He reminded me when i gulped the champagne on my goblet at once.
“Aah… this is so good. I’m not going to get drunk, don’t worry. Thank you.” I said and smiled to him sweetly.
He then took the flowers and gave it to me. I took it and smell the scent of it.
“It’s wonderful. Thank you again Hae. You’re so sweet.” I said and pinch his cheeks. He just laughs so hard.
“Time for my second surprise, Hyukkie.” he said and looks at the sky.
“What is-“
I was startled when I heard a blast and got surprised when wonderful fireworks began to cover the night sky. And what’s even more romantic is when the song All My Heart played in the background.
“That’s Yesung Hyung’s idea. Kangin hyung also helps. You like it?”
“I love it! How did you made it in a short time? This is so lovely Hae!” I exclaimed. He chuckled.
“Thanks. Our friends helped me so you need to thank them later.”
“Oh, yes. I will thank them, don’t worry. You’re all so sweet. Thank you so much!” I said in amazement. This is incredibly the most romantic date ever.
But why do I feel like it’s going to be the last date we’re going to have? I was thinking at the back of my head. But the worry vanishes immediately when Donghae smiled at me.

“Ah… um.” Ryeowook feed Yesung a strawberry while setting up the last fireworks their going to light.
“Aish! Why is Teukie there in the kitchen helping while I’m here together with you two?” Kangin scratches his hair and helps Yesung in setting up.
After a minute, they sat on the bench 100 meters away from the fireworks and wait for Donghae’s signal.

“Sungmin, should I cut it like this?” Leeteuk asks the busy Sungmin but the latter didn’t reply so he turns around to ask Han Geng instead.
“Han Geng, should I cut the potatoes like this?”
“Hyung, Min and I can handle it. You should go to where Kangin is right now. He might be lonely without you.” Han Geng replied with a smile on his face. Leeteuk pouts and dropped the knife and sighed.
“Okay. Since you don’t want me here then I’ll go.” Leeteuk said, sulking and finally leaves the room.
Sungmin and Han Geng shook his head while smiling. They were just worried Leeteuk might hurt himself. Kangin wouldn’t like it if that happens.
“Ouch!” Sungmin exclaimed and look at his cut on his finger. He sighed when he found out it was just a small cut.
“What Minnie? What happen to-“ Han Geng stops when he saw Sungmin’s bleeding finger.
Sungmin gasp when he remembered Han Geng is a vampire.
“Uh, ah Hyung, I’ll wash it now. Don’t worry it’s just a small cut.” Sungmin then went to the sink and was about to clean his wound when a hand grab his arms and pinned him on the counter. He then found out it was Kyuhyun.
“Kyu!” Sungmin exclaims.
“Tsk Minnie. It’s a waste to wash it like that. Let me.” Kyuhyun said and took Sungmin’s finger and lick the small wound. Sungmin gasp as he feels Kyuhyun’s tongue on his finger, licking the blood all-over.
“Ehem. Kyu, we shouldn’t drink blood without permission.” Han Geng said to them chuckling. Kyuhyun then look at the oldest male in the room and then to Sungmin who’s shockingly watching him licking his wound. He then licked once more before letting go of his finger on his mouth.
“Min, I’m sorry. I was-
“I-it’s okay Kyu. T-thanks for l-licking it.” Sungmin blushed and look at his wound. “I-it’s gone! The cut is gone!” Sungmin then exclaimed and look at Kyuhyun questioningly.
“That’s one of our magic powers, Min. So come to me when you have a cut or something. I will surely love to heal it for you.” Kyuhyun then winks at Sungmin who blushes after.
“O-okay…” Sungmin almost whispered the words but Kyuhyun still hear him so he chuckled.

Back to Donghae and Hyukjae…
They were now lying under the matted floor with their hands intertwined while looking at the stars shining brightly in the night.
Eunhyuk then moves to Donghae side and rest his head on his palms while looking at Donghae with a satisfied smile on his face.
Donghae then look at Eunhyuk with twinkling eyes. He’s happy that he can make his Hyukkie happy.
“Hae” Eunhyuk called.
“What is it Hyukkie?” Donghae replied lovingly.
Eunhyuk then change his position to face Donghae.
“Hae, thank you.” Eunhyuk said and kiss Donghae’s forehead.
“Thank you for taking care of me always.” He then kisses Donghae’s eyes.
“Thank you for this date.” He then kisses Donghae’s nose.
“Thank you for loving me.” He then kisses Donghae’s cheeks.
“And I love you… so much, Hae.” Eunhyuk said the same time the last fireworks lighted up the sky so Donghae didn’t quite heard him.
‘Did he say he loves me so much?’ Donghae asks himself.
Finally, Eunhyuk then lay his lips on Donghae’s and kiss him sweetly.

Back to Yesung and Kangin… 15 minutes ago…
“Kanginnie! Can I light the fireworks? Can I? Can I?” Leeteuk asks excitedly as he saw the last set up fireworks.
“Sure Teukie. But we have to wait for Donghae’s comma- Teukie! Don’t! TEUKIE!” Kangin shouted when he saw Leeteuk went to where the fireworks were and excitedly light them. He then claps when he saw how beautiful the fireworks were when he was the one who lighted them.
Kangin and Yesung shook their heads while Ryeowook chuckled.

“Guys, thank you so much for making o-our date beautiful. Thank you again.” Eunhyuk bowed to their friends before sitting next to Donghae at the Dining table.
“It’s nothing Hyuk. You’re welcome.” Sungmin said and smiled at Eunhyuk.

“Hyuk Hyung, it’s our pleasure. Don’t worry about it. We enjoyed this night too. It’s like Yesung Hyung and I have also our date today.” Ryeowook replied and hugs Eunhyuk.
“Oh, Wookie thank you!” Eunhyuk said and hugs the younger male closer.
“Ehem Hyuk. You’re squeezing my Wookie.” Yesung protectively said and pulled Wookie out of their embrace. Both of them chuckled at Yesung’s possessiveness.
“They’re right Hyuk. We’re glad to help you always.” Han Geng said and smiled.
“Yes Hyuk. I had so much fun lighting up the fireworks! Let’s do that again next time, okay?” Leeteuk enthusiastically said.
“Teukie! I will not let you do the honor again. You got me worried there! What if you got hurt?” Kangin said.
“But I’m alright Kanginnie. Oh you’re so sweet!” Leeteuk then hugs Kangin.
And they all ate their dinner made by Han Geng and Sungmin happily.

After dancing, Donghae led me to the matted floor and help me take my seat. He then opens the champagne and poured me some.
This is the best date that happens in my life. I will treasure it. I will treasure Donghae the most.
“Hyukkie, slow down. You don’t want to get yourself drunk, right? You have classes tomorrow.” He reminded me when i gulped the champagne on my goblet at once.
“Aah… this is so good. I’m not going to get drunk, don’t worry. Thank you.” I said and smiled to him sweetly.
He then took the flowers and gave it to me. I took it and smell the scent of it.
“It’s wonderful. Thank you again Hae. You’re so sweet.” I said and pinch his cheeks. He just laughs so hard.
“Time for my second surprise, Hyukkie.” he said and looks at the sky.
“What is-“
I was startled when I heard a blast and got surprised when wonderful fireworks began to cover the night sky. And what’s even more romantic is when the song All My Heart played in the background.
“That’s Yesung Hyung’s idea. Kangin hyung also helps. You like it?”
“I love it! How did you made it in a short time? This is so lovely Hae!” I exclaimed. He chuckled.
“Thanks. Our friends helped me so you need to thank them later.”
“Oh, yes. I will thank them, don’t worry. You’re all so sweet. Thank you so much!” I said in amazement. This is incredibly the most romantic date ever.
But why do I feel like it’s going to be the last date we’re going to have? I was thinking at the back of my head. But the worry vanishes immediately when Donghae smiled at me.

On the other hand…
“Ah… um.” Ryeowook feed Yesung a strawberry while setting up the last fireworks their going to light.
“Aish! Why is Teukie there in the kitchen helping while I’m here together with you two?” Kangin scratches his hair and helps Yesung in setting up.
After a minute, they sat on the bench 100 meters away from the fireworks and wait for Donghae’s signal.

In the kitchen…
“Sungmin, should I cut it like this?” Leeteuk asks the busy Sungmin but the latter didn’t reply so he turns around to ask Han Geng instead.
“Han Geng, should I cut the potatoes like this?”
“Hyung, Min and I can handle it. You should go to where Kangin is right now. He might be lonely without you.” Han Geng replied with a smile on his face. Leeteuk pouts and dropped the knife and sighed.
“Okay. Since you don’t want me here then I’ll go.” Leeteuk said, sulking and finally leaves the room.
Sungmin and Han Geng shook his head while smiling. They were just worried Leeteuk might hurt himself. Kangin wouldn’t like it if that happens.
“Ouch!” Sungmin exclaimed and look at his cut on his finger. He sighed when he found out it was just a small cut.
“What Minnie? What happen to-“ Han Geng stops when he saw Sungmin’s bleeding finger.
Sungmin gasp when he remembered Han Geng is a vampire.
“Uh, ah Hyung, I’ll wash it now. Don’t worry it’s just a small cut.” Sungmin then went to the sink and was about to clean his wound when a hand grab his arms and pinned him on the counter. He then found out it was Kyuhyun.
“Kyu!” Sungmin exclaims.
“Tsk Minnie. It’s a waste to wash it like that. Let me.” Kyuhyun said and took Sungmin’s finger and lick the small wound. Sungmin gasp as he feels Kyuhyun’s tongue on his finger, licking the blood all-over.
“Ehem. Kyu, we shouldn’t drink blood without permission.” Han Geng said to them chuckling. Kyuhyun then look at the oldest male in the room and then to Sungmin who’s shockingly watching him licking his wound. He then licked once more before letting go of his finger on his mouth.
“Min, I’m sorry. I was-
“I-it’s okay Kyu. T-thanks for l-licking it.” Sungmin blushed and look at his wound. “I-it’s gone! The cut is gone!” Sungmin then exclaimed and look at Kyuhyun questioningly.
“That’s one of our magic powers, Min. So come to me when you have a cut or something. I will surely love to heal it for you.” Kyuhyun then winks at Sungmin who blushes after.
“O-okay…” Sungmin almost whispered the words but Kyuhyun still hear him so he chuckled.

Back to Donghae and Hyukjae…
They were now lying under the matted floor with their hands intertwined while looking at the stars shining brightly in the night.
Eunhyuk then moves to Donghae side and rest his head on his palms while looking at Donghae with a satisfied smile on his face.
Donghae then look at Eunhyuk with twinkling eyes. He’s happy that he can make his Hyukkie happy.
“Hae” Eunhyuk called.
“What is it Hyukkie?” Donghae replied lovingly.
Eunhyuk then change his position to face Donghae.
“Hae, thank you.” Eunhyuk said and kiss Donghae’s forehead.
“Thank you for taking care of me always.” He then kisses Donghae’s eyes.
“Thank you for this date.” He then kisses Donghae’s nose.
“Thank you for loving me.” He then kisses Donghae’s cheeks.
“And I love you… so much, Hae.” Eunhyuk said the same time the last fireworks lighted up the sky so Donghae didn’t quite heard him.
‘Did he say he loves me so much?’ Donghae asks himself.
Finally, Eunhyuk then lay his lips on Donghae’s and kiss him sweetly.

Back to Yesung and Kangin… 15 minutes ago…
“Kanginnie! Can I light the fireworks? Can I? Can I?” Leeteuk asks excitedly as he saw the last set up fireworks.
“Sure Teukie. But we have to wait for Donghae’s comma- Teukie! Don’t! TEUKIE!” Kangin shouted when he saw Leeteuk went to where the fireworks were and excitedly light them. He then claps when he saw how beautiful the fireworks were when he was the one who lighted them.
Kangin and Yesung shook their heads while Ryeowook chuckled.

“Guys, thank you so much for making o-our date beautiful. Thank you again.” Eunhyuk bowed to their friends before sitting next to Donghae at the Dining table.
“It’s nothing Hyuk. You’re welcome.” Sungmin said and smiled at Eunhyuk.
“Thanks Minnie.” Eunhyuk replied.
“Hyuk Hyung, it’s our pleasure. Don’t worry about it. We enjoyed this night too. It’s like Yesung Hyung and I have also our date today.” Ryeowook replied and hugs Eunhyuk.
“Oh, Wookie thank you!” Eunhyuk said and hugs the younger male closer.
“Ehem Hyuk. You’re squeezing my Wookie.” Yesung protectively said and pulled Wookie out of their embrace. Both of them chuckled at Yesung’s possessiveness.
“They’re right Hyuk. We’re glad to help you always.” Han Geng said and smiled.
“Yes Hyuk. I had so much fun lighting up the fireworks! Let’s do that again next time, okay?” Leeteuk enthusiastically said.
“Teukie! I will not let you do the honor again. You got me worried there! What if you got hurt?” Kangin said.
“But I’m alright Kanginnie. Oh you’re so sweet!” Leeteuk then hugs Kangin.
And they all ate their dinner made by Han Geng and Sungmin happily.

“It’s nothing Siwon. You know, you can always count on me.” And then they both smirk, thinking about their own target.
