Summary: Eunhyuk who always gets bullied because he was skinny and has this milky white complexion that everyone even a girl envied, met his best friend Sungmin who helped him become stronger. One thing he doesn’t know is that, he will meet a guy whom he wished he wouldn’t want to meet because his world turns upside down because of him.

Fifteen. The Hateful Love.
“So care to tell us the whole detail?” Leeteuk excitedly asks Hero. They were now inside Hyukjae’s room, each one, hugging a pillow underneath the blanket together with a big flashlight in the middle.
“Is this some ghost story, Hyung?” Hero asks Leeteuk Hyung.
“But this is a vampire LOVE story. My idea’s good, right?” Leeteuk laughed.
“I agree with you Hyung. Halloween is coming soon so this is good.” Yesung agreed and they high-fived. Hero and I rolled our eyes.
“We’re supposed to have a one-on-one talk, you know. But since you two are already here, I guess, I can’t kick you two out anymore.” I said shook my head once again.
“You’re kicking me out HYUKJAE?” Leeteuk raised his tone a bit high.
“Uh um, no Hyung. I’m glad you two are here.” I said scratching my hair. I guess I have no choice.
“So are you going to speak out or not?” Yesung asks the silent Hero.
“I… I… the problem is where should I start?” Hero started and sighed after.
“Okay. Maybe it’s better if we just throw questions at you then.” Leeteuk said. “So who’s Yunho in the first place?” He added. Hero then gulped before speaking.
“Well, I’ve met him when I went to Japan to study.”
“Are you classmates or schoolmates?” Yesung asks.
“No. He’s studying from a different school.”
“So how did you two meet up?” I ask.
“Um, my best friend named BoA asks me to help her with his persistent suitor. She already dumped the guy a million times before but he still doesn’t want to give up. I agreed on her favor since she’s my best friend. So I pretended to be his boyfriend. That’s the first time I met Yunho. He’s the guy who’s courting BoA. I remembered everything clearly like it just happened yesterday.”
*Flashback*
“Yunho, this is my boyfriend I’m talking about. Hero, meet Yunho. You said you will give up until I showed you proof that I have a boyfriend.” BoA said and clings onto Hero’s arms.
“Hi! Yunho. You’ve seen proof now. So can you stop courting her now?” Hero said and smiled to the guy.
“But BoA, he’s a girl!” Yunho exclaimed. BoA choked while Hero pouts.
“I am not!” Hero shouted. He’s tired of people saying he was a girl.
“If you’re not, then prove it.” Yunho said and cross his arms around his chest.
“What proof do you want? You said you’re going to stop when I showed you my boyfriend!” BoA asks, raising her voice at the persistent guy.
“Kiss him.” Yunho said, full with confidence that they would fail.
“Let’s do this. We’ll brush our teeth afterwards, okay?” Hero whispered to his best friend.
“But Hero, I don’t want you to be my first kiss. You know how much I wanted your brother to be my first kiss, right?” BoA then pouts.
“But Hyun Joong is not here, you know. If I just know this would happen, I should ask my brother to act with you instead.” Hero also pouts.
“What is he thinking now?” BoA asks. Hero let BoA knows who he is.
“I don’t know. I can’t hear his thoughts.” Hero said in confusion. This is the first time he can’t get through one's mind. He doesn’t know why it doesn’t.
“What? You mean you can’t hear his thoughts? Not even ‘I want BoA’? BoA imitates the guy’s voice.
“Yes. So what are we going to do now? Should I kiss you or just run away instead?” Hero asks. He’s starting to panic.
“No! We’re not running away! But I don’t want you to be my first kiss, really Hero.” BoA exclaimed.
“Well, do you have a choice?” Hero asks, raising an eyebrow.
BoA looks at Yunho who’s impatiently waiting for them and look at her best friend. She wanted to cry. She wants Hyun Joong to be his first kiss but she doesn’t have any choice at the moment.
“Yosh… Let’s do this now Hero.” BoA said in teary voice. She will just imagine that Hyun Joong is the one kissing her.
“Ya! Why aren’t you two kissing? Does this mean he’s not your boyfriend, BoA?” Yunho smirks.
“We’re going to kiss now!” Hero shouted and turned to face BoA.
“Hero, just a peck okay?” BoA said and closes her eyes. Hero then look at Yunho and then to his best friend. He sighed and come closer to his best friend’s face.
He closes his eyes when they were inches apart and was going to close the gap between them when a hand threw him to the guy’s side. They then clashed towards each other and topple on the ground.
What’s more shocking is that, as they reach the ground, their lips touches too. Their eyes got wider when they found out what happened and pulled away after.
“Now, that’s what I called a kiss.” Hero then look at the person who pushed him to this guy and found out it was his brother, Hyun Joong.
“Ya! That was my first kiss, you know!” Hero exclaimed and stands up from seating on the ground.
“So? I didn’t ask you if that were your first kiss, right BoA?” Hyun Joong then turned around to BoA and wink at her. BoA blushed and touches both of her cheeks.
“Ugh! What are you doing here anyway?” Hero asks his brother. His twin brother to be exact. Hyun Joong is older by a minute.
“Saving this innocent best friend of yours…” Hyun Joong smirks and turned to face his best friend who’s still in dreamland. “Let’s go?” He asks and gets his best friend’s hand and walk away from them.
“Ya! BoA! After the favor I did to you, this is what you’re repaying me? Ya! Why are you two leaving me?!” hero shouted but they’re now too busy to hear him.
“You! Leave now, okay?!” Hero turned to face the guy who’s still in dazed.
“Ya! Didn’t you hear me? Ugh!” Hero then turned to the other side and walk away as well. He then leaves the guy alone and decided to just go back to his dorm.
*End of Flashback*
“That’s the first time we meet.” Hero said in a low, depressing voice.
“So, how come you two end up with each other?” Leeteuk asks.
“Did he court you after?” Yesung asks.
“No. I never met him after that. He finally left my best friend after the incident. I’ve met him after a year again. I’ve met him, barely breathing on the side walk.”
*Flashback*
It was raining hard and I was walking outside ‘cause I’m feeling hungry. I want to eat dukbokki all of a sudden so I headed to the nearest dukbokki stand and bought 2 servings as a take-out. I was heading back to the dorm when a group of men runs in the streets wearily. I step aside to give them space.
“Tsk! Gangsters. What are they doing here all of a sudden?” I ask myself while heading back to my dorm.
I was going to turn left to where my dorm was when the scent of blood stirred in the rain and fills the night air. I followed the smell and my nose lead me towards the garbage bin across the street. I looked around and found out a guy that was lifelessly lying on the side. I quickly went to where he was and check if he’s still breathing when I found out it was Yunho. My eyes turned into shock. Why is he here?
“He’s still breathing but barely alive.” I sigh in relief and carry him towards my dorm.
I placed him carefully on my bed and called Junhyung’s brother, Yoseob who’s also studying here as a doctor, a vampire doctor.
“Yoseobie! Did I wake you up? I’m sorry, but someone needs your help and fast! He’s here in my room and he’s barely alive. Come here quickly, okay?” I called my favorite dongsaeng. The Beast Family is close to our hearts.
“Hyuuunnngggg, can this wait until tomorrow? I’m tired and sleepppyyyyy…” Yoseob yawn.
“Ya! Someone’s going to die here and you want to tell him to stay alive until tomorrow?!” I shouted on the line.
“Hyung, if you want to save him badly, then bite him. Just don’t forget to let him drink your blood after. Okay I’m hanging up now…” He replied and finally hung up.
“After praising you at the back of my head… tsk! Do you really want to become a doctor?” I ask annoyingly and slammed the phone shut and throw it on the couch. I look at Yunho who’s now dying on his bed.
I sat on the swivel chair and slide myself on the side of the bed, facing him. I started debating on whether I’ll bit him or not. But after looking at him, gasping for air, barely breathing, I finally decided to do what a vampire must do in this kind of situation.
I went to the bed and sit next to him and carry him carefully in my arms. I look at his dying expression on his face once more before I move closer to his neck. Then, my fangs pierced his neck and gulped all the blood flowed out of it. After getting satisfied, Yunho’s eyes flustered open and look at me shockingly.
“Y-you- he then starts feeling his chest and crumpled on my bed. The effect on him is fast, faster than I expected it to be.
I then bite my wrist and suck out my blood. After that, I then cup his face and kissed him. I opened his mouth and let him drink my blood. He started struggling but I was stronger than him so he gave up soon after. He then gulped my blood down. I then pulled away after and look at him worriedly.
“W-what did you d-do to me…?” He asks before he finally fallen asleep. I placed him on my bed again and took his clothes off and change him into a new one. I covered him with my blanket and went to the bathroom to clean the blood stain on his clothes.
I turned the washing machine on and placed his wet clothes inside and put some fabric powder before starting the machine. I tiredly sat on the closed toilet bowl and pulled my hair.
“What have I done? I just turned a human into a vampire?! That Yoseob! This is his entire fault!” I exclaimed and smack my head on my palms.
Yunho will surely hate him now. I silently cried on my knees all night long.
…
I wake up, feeling comfortable. I then look to where he was and found out I was on my bed. I didn’t remember going back to the room. Yunho. Where’s Yunho? I jump out of the bed and look for him. I went to the bathroom, but he wasn’t there. I slumped back on my bed and found a note at the side table.
I then read the note.
Hero,
I’m just going to buy our breakfast. Don’t worry. I’m not leaving. See you!
Yunho ^^
I smiled in relief. I thought he’s mad but he isn’t. I’m glad he’s alright.
*End of Flashback*
“So that’s when I turned him into a vampire. After that, I began to fall in love with him and after a year, we became a couple.” Hero said to his enthusiastic listeners.
“You saved him so why he’s revenging on you now?” I ask curiously.
“He thought I cheated on him, one time. I don’t really know why he wants revenge on me too. But I’m guessing he gets mad after that incident.”
*Flashback*
“Micky I missed you so, so much!” I then hug my other best friend. He then hugs me back, chuckling.
Micky went to Japan just to say hello before going back to report to his father (who’s the leader of the Marshals) who wants him to take over after retiring from the position. Aside from Micky, Xiah and Max are my best friends too. But they too, were busy doing the missions.
“I missed you too, JJ. How was my baby?” Micky ask and kissed my cheeks. I smiled even more after hearing my nickname he loves to call me.
“I’m fine, baby. How are you? Still doing the missions? We can’t even have time together with Xiah and Max!” I pouted. We called each other baby because every time we’d see each other, we’re always acting like a baby in front of everyone.
“Yup. You know my Paps. I don’t want to stress him out ‘cause he’s getting old now.” Micky answered and smiled at me showing his cute dimples on both side of his cheeks.
“Oooh you’re so cute!!!!” I exclaimed and kissed him on the cheek before hugging me tightly on my arms.
That’s when I find Yunho looking at me with hatred in his eyes.
“Y-yunho…” I called but he run away after.
“What is it baby? Something happened?” Micky ask and look at me worriedly. I smiled and shook my head. I’ll deal with Yunho later. I can’t miss Micky. Yunho is just here. He’s not going to leave, anyway.
“Are you hungry? Let’s eat.” I ask and drag him to the nearest restaurant. But Yunho’s face keeps replaying in my head.
After sending Micky to the airport, I hurriedly went back to my dorm to check if Yunho’s still there but he wasn’t there anymore. There was a note again. This time, it’s on the bed.
I went to my bed with teary eyes as I look and read the note in my hands.
Hero,
I hate you. I thought you love me. But you didn’t. I was completely wrong.
You fooled me. I hate you so much.
I cried when I saw he didn’t even put his name on the note. I cried even more when I let him leave me. How stupid can I get?
*End of Flashback*
“Ouch Hyung. That hurts, you know.” Hero pout when Leeteuk smack his head.
“Who’s more important to you? You’re best friend?!” Leeteuk exclaimed.
“But I’ve never seen Micky in ages!” Hero explained.
“You’re stupid.” Yesung said and shook his head. “He was jealous and yet you didn’t explain to him everything he saw.” He added.
“That’s because-“ Leeteuk hyung cuts him off.
“Ah, ah, ah! Tsk Hero! No more excuses, okay?” Leeteuk said.
“I’m just curious. If he’s just jealous, why he’s staring at you earlier like he wanted to kill you badly?” I ask.
“You have a point there, Hyuk.” Leeteuk said while nodding.
“I don’t know. I didn’t remember doing something bad at him before that.” Hero shrugs off his shoulders.
“Maybe, because he’s hiding something he doesn’t want you to know and he just exploded after that incident.” Yesung said while touching his chin.
“Yeah. Yes. That’s right, Sungie!” Leeteuk said and hug Yesung Hyung.
“Maybe you are right. Maybe we’re wrong. I don’t know what he’s thinking so I’m clueless.” Hero said.
“Okay. That’s enough for now. We should sleep now. We still had classes tomorrow.” I said and took off the blanket that was covering us.
“Okay. ‘Night Hyuk. ‘Night Hero.” Leeteuk waved.
“Good night to you two. Have a sweet dream!” Yesung said before the two of them went outside to go back to their own room.
“Thank you Hero.” I said lying down on my bed, ready to sleep.
“You’re welcome Hyuk. I’m scared though.” Hero said. I look at him before answering.
“Why are you scared?” I ask curiously.
“Because, though I can’t hear his thoughts, as his owner, I can still feel his heart. I’m feeling bad about tomorrow, Hyuk.” Hero said, scared.
“Don’t be. We have to pray that tomorrow’s going to be a good day. Good night, Hero.” I said and turned at the other side, still awake.
I wish nothing bad will happen tomorrow because I’m feeling bad about it too.
“I wish you’re right, Hyuk. ‘Night.” Hero said before closing his eyes to sleep.

“Why are your eyebrows like that? Something bad happen earlier? Is your wound alright?” Siwon ask Yunho who’s sitting on his bed with his eyebrows kissing.
“I saw him, finally. He’s with your bride. And yes. I’m fine. They won’t kill me.” Yunho said, still in the bad mood.
He encountered a marshal yesterday and he never thought he’d encountered Lee Hyukjae too.
“You mean, Hero? He’s with Hyukjae? How come?” Siwon ask curiously.
“Yes. I don’t know. Maybe Donghae told him to protect that guy.” Yunho answered.
“But I know they’re not that close. Hero’s stubborn.” Siwon shrug off his shoulders. They still don’t know what the enemy’s been thinking. They have to execute their plan as soon as possible.
“Wait, Yunho Hyung. I’m still curious since you didn’t answer me the other day. Why are you super mad with your lover, by the way?”
“Because he turned me into a monster that I wish I could never be.” Yunho said in grimace.
*Flashback*
I woke up one morning in a room I don’t know. I remembered being kicked and punched by those gangsters yesterday so how come I was now inside a room all of a sudden?
I looked at my clothes and found out I wore a new one now. I got more surprised to know that I don’t feel anything in my body except for the pain in the left side of my neck. What is happening to me?
I jumped out of the bed and explored the room. The room was messy. Clothes are all-over the place indicating that the owner is untidy. I then went to the bathroom, thinking the owner was there and found out there is someone crouching uncomfortably on the closed toilet bowl. I look closely and found out it was the person I’ve been stalking all this time.
Well, after the kiss we shared last year, I changes gender in love. I fell in love with him after that. I don’t know why, I just do. He’s more beautiful than any girl and before, if BoA’s been my number one; He’s on the top now and still reigning in my heart.
I fall in love easily and that’s my weakness. But I don’t know why I feel something more about this guy. Like he’s the one for me and no one can ever take that place away from him.
I then took him in my arms and carry him bride-style and put him on his bed. I looked at his sleeping face and smiled. He’s really beautiful.
I search for a pen and paper and write him a small note.
“Thanks for saving me. I’ll be back.” I said with a smile on my lips and kissed his forehead. I headed out of his room after and bought our breakfast as a way of thanking him for saving me last night.

“And then what? You’re clueless on what he’d done to you that time?” Siwon ask, getting hook up with the story.
“Yes. I don’t know that I turned into a vampire that time. It happened before he cheated on me. I killed a human. I killed my parents, Siwon.” Yunho said grimly.
*Flashback*
My mom called me and asks me to visit them that morning. I happily oblige since Hero is still in school and i don’t have a class that day. I went there and brought some apples with me.
“Mom! Dad! Tadaima(I’m home)!” I said in a happy tone and went inside our house.
“Okaeri(Welcome back), Yunho.” My mom greeted me and hugs me tightly in her arms.
“Where’s Otosan(Papa)?” I ask after breaking the hug.
“Your Papa is inside, reading the newspaper. Come in, son. We missed you! When are you going to introduce us to your boyfriend?” My Mom teased. I smiled widely as a reply. I already asked Hero to come home with me this weekend and he said yes.
“This weekend, Mom. He’s in school right now.” I replied and smiled at my mom.
“Oh my son is a man now! Honey! He found his true love now! I’m so happy that you finally find the one!” My mom exclaimed and hugs me once more.
“Thanks Mom!” I replied and kissed her cheek.
“Dad! I’m home!” I greeted my Dad. He just nodded and went inside the kitchen.
“What’s wrong with him?” I ask my mom.
“He’s a little bit upset ‘cause you didn’t get home every weekend.” My mom replied and giggled.
“I’ll be back, mom.” I said and went inside the kitchen as well.
“Dad.” I called. He’s in the sink, cutting some apples that I brought. I smiled and went near him and hug him from the back.
“Aish! This kid! Look, I almost cut my hands. Let go Yunho.” My Dad replied with a smile on his lips. I can see he’s happy to see me.
“Let me. You should just rest, you know.” I said and took the knife in his hands. I suddenly cut his skin on his arms and soon it started to bleed.
“Omo! Gomenasai Oto-sama (I’m sorry Papa)!” I apologize and get a tissue. I was about to wipe off the blood when my heart pounds all of a sudden. My eyes started to heat and my adrenaline suddenly rushes, I don’t know why.
“Yunho? Yunho, are you alright? Let me.” My father said and took the tissue in my hand but before he could finally reach it, I hold a tight grip on his wrist.
“Yunho? Son, what are you doing?” My Dad asks and starts to panic when I look at him with red eyes.
“O-otosan…” the only words I said before I attacked him. He screamed as soon as my fangs pierced on his skin. My Mom on the other hand, hurriedly went to the kitchen and gasps at the scene.
After my father, I took my Mom’s life too. I just couldn’t stop. I wish to stop but I couldn’t. After that, I lifelessly slide my back on the wall, down to the floor and look at my parent’s lifeless body.
My tears suddenly come down, rushing. What have I done? I killed my parents. Who am I? I don’t know myself anymore. Then I remembered the day Hero saved me. Maybe he’s the one who’s responsible for this.
After sinking everything that happened, I buried my parents on our backyard and quickly washed up before leaving the house. I don’t have a family now. I don’t have anything anymore. I was a monster. And I hate Hero more than anything in the world because of that.
I was on their school gate when I saw him with the other guy. He kissed him on the cheek and even called him baby. I was even more in rage after that. How dare him cheated on me? How dare he to ruin my life just like that? How dare him!
He then finally saw me. I just run back to his dorm and get my things and go. I was mad. I was hurt. I was used. Completely used by him.
I then left a note again, saying hurting words to him. He deserves that. He doesn’t love me. He doesn’t even care.
I took one last look at the room who witnessed everything that happened ever since I met Hero before I finally took my leave and never wished to come back.

“I never wished for it but he turned me into one without my consent! I will never forgive him!” Yunho shouted and throw his pillow on the wall.
“Hyung, maybe you two had a misunderstanding. You should confront him, you know.” Siwon said.
“What for? He ruined my life! I have to ruin his!” Yunho said in anger.
“Why am I the only one who’s still haven’t got a bride?” Siwon suddenly ask himself and pouted, thinking He’s the only one who still not found his destined one yet. He tried and tried but he always fails.
“I thought you already found her err, him? His name is Hyukjae, right?” Yunho asks.
“He’s Donghae Hyung’s bride but I fall in love at first sight when I saw him in a girl’s dress at the ball. I don’t know why. After learning from Heechul Hyung he’s a guy, I fell in love with him even more after that.”
“Then steal him before I kill him, Siwonnie.” Yunho said.
“Hyung, if you kill him, I’ll kill you. He doesn’t like Hero so spare him.” Siwon said in a serious tone.
“That’s not what I meant!” Yunho blushed.
“Hyung, you’re jealous. I can see it in your eyes.” Siwon then shook his head and lay on his bed after.
“I am not! I hate Hero!” Yunho shouted.
“Fine. If you said you’re not jealous then you’re not. Just don’t forget the plan.” Siwon said and turn the other side of the bed, facing the window.
“I won’t forget about it.” Yunho smirks.
This is the start of my revenge. This is the start of the Dark night for all the vampires. They’re going to taste our bloody revenge. They just have to wait and see.

“But Hero, I don’t want you to be my first kiss. You know how much I wanted your brother to be my first kiss, right?” BoA then pouts.
“But Hyun Joong is not here, you know. If I just know this would happen, I should ask my brother to act with you instead.” Hero also pouts.
“What is he thinking now?” BoA asks. Hero let BoA knows who he is.
“I don’t know. I can’t hear his thoughts.” Hero said in confusion. This is the first time he can’t get through one's mind. He doesn’t know why it doesn’t.
“What? You mean you can’t hear his thoughts? Not even ‘I want BoA’? BoA imitates the guy’s voice.
“Yes. So what are we going to do now? Should I kiss you or just run away instead?” Hero asks. He’s starting to panic.
“No! We’re not running away! But I don’t want you to be my first kiss, really Hero.” BoA exclaimed.
“Well, do you have a choice?” Hero asks, raising an eyebrow.
BoA looks at Yunho who’s impatiently waiting for them and look at her best friend. She wanted to cry. She wants Hyun Joong to be his first kiss but she doesn’t have any choice at the moment.
“Yosh… Let’s do this now Hero.” BoA said in teary voice. She will just imagine that Hyun Joong is the one kissing her.
“Ya! Why aren’t you two kissing? Does this mean he’s not your boyfriend, BoA?” Yunho smirks.
“We’re going to kiss now!” Hero shouted and turned to face BoA.
“Hero, just a peck okay?” BoA said and closes her eyes. Hero then look at Yunho and then to his best friend. He sighed and come closer to his best friend’s face.
He closes his eyes when they were inches apart and was going to close the gap between them when a hand threw him to the guy’s side. They then clashed towards each other and topple on the ground.
What’s more shocking is that, as they reach the ground, their lips touches too. Their eyes got wider when they found out what happened and pulled away after.
“Now, that’s what I called a kiss.” Hero then look at the person who pushed him to this guy and found out it was his brother, Hyun Joong.
“Ya! That was my first kiss, you know!” Hero exclaimed and stands up from seating on the ground.
“So? I didn’t ask you if that were your first kiss, right BoA?” Hyun Joong then turned around to BoA and wink at her. BoA blushed and touches both of her cheeks.
“Ugh! What are you doing here anyway?” Hero asks his brother. His twin brother to be exact. Hyun Joong is older by a minute.
“Saving this innocent best friend of yours…” Hyun Joong smirks and turned to face his best friend who’s still in dreamland. “Let’s go?” He asks and gets his best friend’s hand and walk away from them.
“Ya! BoA! After the favor I did to you, this is what you’re repaying me? Ya! Why are you two leaving me?!” hero shouted but they’re now too busy to hear him.
“You! Leave now, okay?!” Hero turned to face the guy who’s still in dazed.
“Ya! Didn’t you hear me? Ugh!” Hero then turned to the other side and walk away as well. He then leaves the guy alone and decided to just go back to his dorm.

“That’s the first time we meet.” Hero said in a low, depressing voice.
“So, how come you two end up with each other?” Leeteuk asks.
“Did he court you after?” Yesung asks.
“No. I never met him after that. He finally left my best friend after the incident. I’ve met him after a year again. I’ve met him, barely breathing on the side walk.”
*Flashback*
It was raining hard and I was walking outside ‘cause I’m feeling hungry. I want to eat dukbokki all of a sudden so I headed to the nearest dukbokki stand and bought 2 servings as a take-out. I was heading back to the dorm when a group of men runs in the streets wearily. I step aside to give them space.
“Tsk! Gangsters. What are they doing here all of a sudden?” I ask myself while heading back to my dorm.
I was going to turn left to where my dorm was when the scent of blood stirred in the rain and fills the night air. I followed the smell and my nose lead me towards the garbage bin across the street. I looked around and found out a guy that was lifelessly lying on the side. I quickly went to where he was and check if he’s still breathing when I found out it was Yunho. My eyes turned into shock. Why is he here?
“He’s still breathing but barely alive.” I sigh in relief and carry him towards my dorm.
I placed him carefully on my bed and called Junhyung’s brother, Yoseob who’s also studying here as a doctor, a vampire doctor.
“Yoseobie! Did I wake you up? I’m sorry, but someone needs your help and fast! He’s here in my room and he’s barely alive. Come here quickly, okay?” I called my favorite dongsaeng. The Beast Family is close to our hearts.
“Hyuuunnngggg, can this wait until tomorrow? I’m tired and sleepppyyyyy…” Yoseob yawn.
“Ya! Someone’s going to die here and you want to tell him to stay alive until tomorrow?!” I shouted on the line.
“Hyung, if you want to save him badly, then bite him. Just don’t forget to let him drink your blood after. Okay I’m hanging up now…” He replied and finally hung up.
“After praising you at the back of my head… tsk! Do you really want to become a doctor?” I ask annoyingly and slammed the phone shut and throw it on the couch. I look at Yunho who’s now dying on his bed.
I sat on the swivel chair and slide myself on the side of the bed, facing him. I started debating on whether I’ll bit him or not. But after looking at him, gasping for air, barely breathing, I finally decided to do what a vampire must do in this kind of situation.
I went to the bed and sit next to him and carry him carefully in my arms. I look at his dying expression on his face once more before I move closer to his neck. Then, my fangs pierced his neck and gulped all the blood flowed out of it. After getting satisfied, Yunho’s eyes flustered open and look at me shockingly.
“Y-you- he then starts feeling his chest and crumpled on my bed. The effect on him is fast, faster than I expected it to be.
I then bite my wrist and suck out my blood. After that, I then cup his face and kissed him. I opened his mouth and let him drink my blood. He started struggling but I was stronger than him so he gave up soon after. He then gulped my blood down. I then pulled away after and look at him worriedly.
“W-what did you d-do to me…?” He asks before he finally fallen asleep. I placed him on my bed again and took his clothes off and change him into a new one. I covered him with my blanket and went to the bathroom to clean the blood stain on his clothes.
I turned the washing machine on and placed his wet clothes inside and put some fabric powder before starting the machine. I tiredly sat on the closed toilet bowl and pulled my hair.
“What have I done? I just turned a human into a vampire?! That Yoseob! This is his entire fault!” I exclaimed and smack my head on my palms.
Yunho will surely hate him now. I silently cried on my knees all night long.
…
I wake up, feeling comfortable. I then look to where he was and found out I was on my bed. I didn’t remember going back to the room. Yunho. Where’s Yunho? I jump out of the bed and look for him. I went to the bathroom, but he wasn’t there. I slumped back on my bed and found a note at the side table.
I then read the note.
Hero,
I’m just going to buy our breakfast. Don’t worry. I’m not leaving. See you!
Yunho ^^
I smiled in relief. I thought he’s mad but he isn’t. I’m glad he’s alright.
*End of Flashback*
“So that’s when I turned him into a vampire. After that, I began to fall in love with him and after a year, we became a couple.” Hero said to his enthusiastic listeners.
“You saved him so why he’s revenging on you now?” I ask curiously.
“He thought I cheated on him, one time. I don’t really know why he wants revenge on me too. But I’m guessing he gets mad after that incident.”
*Flashback*
“Micky I missed you so, so much!” I then hug my other best friend. He then hugs me back, chuckling.
Micky went to Japan just to say hello before going back to report to his father (who’s the leader of the Marshals) who wants him to take over after retiring from the position. Aside from Micky, Xiah and Max are my best friends too. But they too, were busy doing the missions.
“I missed you too, JJ. How was my baby?” Micky ask and kissed my cheeks. I smiled even more after hearing my nickname he loves to call me.
“I’m fine, baby. How are you? Still doing the missions? We can’t even have time together with Xiah and Max!” I pouted. We called each other baby because every time we’d see each other, we’re always acting like a baby in front of everyone.
“Yup. You know my Paps. I don’t want to stress him out ‘cause he’s getting old now.” Micky answered and smiled at me showing his cute dimples on both side of his cheeks.
“Oooh you’re so cute!!!!” I exclaimed and kissed him on the cheek before hugging me tightly on my arms.
That’s when I find Yunho looking at me with hatred in his eyes.
“Y-yunho…” I called but he run away after.
“What is it baby? Something happened?” Micky ask and look at me worriedly. I smiled and shook my head. I’ll deal with Yunho later. I can’t miss Micky. Yunho is just here. He’s not going to leave, anyway.
“Are you hungry? Let’s eat.” I ask and drag him to the nearest restaurant. But Yunho’s face keeps replaying in my head.
After sending Micky to the airport, I hurriedly went back to my dorm to check if Yunho’s still there but he wasn’t there anymore. There was a note again. This time, it’s on the bed.
I went to my bed with teary eyes as I look and read the note in my hands.
Hero,
I hate you. I thought you love me. But you didn’t. I was completely wrong.
You fooled me. I hate you so much.
I cried when I saw he didn’t even put his name on the note. I cried even more when I let him leave me. How stupid can I get?
*End of Flashback*
“Ouch Hyung. That hurts, you know.” Hero pout when Leeteuk smack his head.
“Who’s more important to you? You’re best friend?!” Leeteuk exclaimed.
“But I’ve never seen Micky in ages!” Hero explained.
“You’re stupid.” Yesung said and shook his head. “He was jealous and yet you didn’t explain to him everything he saw.” He added.
“That’s because-“ Leeteuk hyung cuts him off.
“Ah, ah, ah! Tsk Hero! No more excuses, okay?” Leeteuk said.
“I’m just curious. If he’s just jealous, why he’s staring at you earlier like he wanted to kill you badly?” I ask.
“You have a point there, Hyuk.” Leeteuk said while nodding.
“I don’t know. I didn’t remember doing something bad at him before that.” Hero shrugs off his shoulders.
“Maybe, because he’s hiding something he doesn’t want you to know and he just exploded after that incident.” Yesung said while touching his chin.
“Yeah. Yes. That’s right, Sungie!” Leeteuk said and hug Yesung Hyung.
“Maybe you are right. Maybe we’re wrong. I don’t know what he’s thinking so I’m clueless.” Hero said.
“Okay. That’s enough for now. We should sleep now. We still had classes tomorrow.” I said and took off the blanket that was covering us.
“Okay. ‘Night Hyuk. ‘Night Hero.” Leeteuk waved.
“Good night to you two. Have a sweet dream!” Yesung said before the two of them went outside to go back to their own room.
“Thank you Hero.” I said lying down on my bed, ready to sleep.
“You’re welcome Hyuk. I’m scared though.” Hero said. I look at him before answering.
“Why are you scared?” I ask curiously.
“Because, though I can’t hear his thoughts, as his owner, I can still feel his heart. I’m feeling bad about tomorrow, Hyuk.” Hero said, scared.
“Don’t be. We have to pray that tomorrow’s going to be a good day. Good night, Hero.” I said and turned at the other side, still awake.
I wish nothing bad will happen tomorrow because I’m feeling bad about it too.
“I wish you’re right, Hyuk. ‘Night.” Hero said before closing his eyes to sleep.

Yunho and Siwon:
“Why are your eyebrows like that? Something bad happen earlier? Is your wound alright?” Siwon ask Yunho who’s sitting on his bed with his eyebrows kissing.
“I saw him, finally. He’s with your bride. And yes. I’m fine. They won’t kill me.” Yunho said, still in the bad mood.
He encountered a marshal yesterday and he never thought he’d encountered Lee Hyukjae too.
“You mean, Hero? He’s with Hyukjae? How come?” Siwon ask curiously.
“Yes. I don’t know. Maybe Donghae told him to protect that guy.” Yunho answered.
“But I know they’re not that close. Hero’s stubborn.” Siwon shrug off his shoulders. They still don’t know what the enemy’s been thinking. They have to execute their plan as soon as possible.
“Wait, Yunho Hyung. I’m still curious since you didn’t answer me the other day. Why are you super mad with your lover, by the way?”
“Because he turned me into a monster that I wish I could never be.” Yunho said in grimace.
*Flashback*
I woke up one morning in a room I don’t know. I remembered being kicked and punched by those gangsters yesterday so how come I was now inside a room all of a sudden?
I looked at my clothes and found out I wore a new one now. I got more surprised to know that I don’t feel anything in my body except for the pain in the left side of my neck. What is happening to me?
I jumped out of the bed and explored the room. The room was messy. Clothes are all-over the place indicating that the owner is untidy. I then went to the bathroom, thinking the owner was there and found out there is someone crouching uncomfortably on the closed toilet bowl. I look closely and found out it was the person I’ve been stalking all this time.
Well, after the kiss we shared last year, I changes gender in love. I fell in love with him after that. I don’t know why, I just do. He’s more beautiful than any girl and before, if BoA’s been my number one; He’s on the top now and still reigning in my heart.
I fall in love easily and that’s my weakness. But I don’t know why I feel something more about this guy. Like he’s the one for me and no one can ever take that place away from him.
I then took him in my arms and carry him bride-style and put him on his bed. I looked at his sleeping face and smiled. He’s really beautiful.
I search for a pen and paper and write him a small note.
“Thanks for saving me. I’ll be back.” I said with a smile on my lips and kissed his forehead. I headed out of his room after and bought our breakfast as a way of thanking him for saving me last night.

“And then what? You’re clueless on what he’d done to you that time?” Siwon ask, getting hook up with the story.
“Yes. I don’t know that I turned into a vampire that time. It happened before he cheated on me. I killed a human. I killed my parents, Siwon.” Yunho said grimly.
*Flashback*
My mom called me and asks me to visit them that morning. I happily oblige since Hero is still in school and i don’t have a class that day. I went there and brought some apples with me.
“Mom! Dad! Tadaima(I’m home)!” I said in a happy tone and went inside our house.
“Okaeri(Welcome back), Yunho.” My mom greeted me and hugs me tightly in her arms.
“Where’s Otosan(Papa)?” I ask after breaking the hug.
“Your Papa is inside, reading the newspaper. Come in, son. We missed you! When are you going to introduce us to your boyfriend?” My Mom teased. I smiled widely as a reply. I already asked Hero to come home with me this weekend and he said yes.
“This weekend, Mom. He’s in school right now.” I replied and smiled at my mom.
“Oh my son is a man now! Honey! He found his true love now! I’m so happy that you finally find the one!” My mom exclaimed and hugs me once more.
“Thanks Mom!” I replied and kissed her cheek.
“Dad! I’m home!” I greeted my Dad. He just nodded and went inside the kitchen.
“What’s wrong with him?” I ask my mom.
“He’s a little bit upset ‘cause you didn’t get home every weekend.” My mom replied and giggled.
“I’ll be back, mom.” I said and went inside the kitchen as well.
“Dad.” I called. He’s in the sink, cutting some apples that I brought. I smiled and went near him and hug him from the back.
“Aish! This kid! Look, I almost cut my hands. Let go Yunho.” My Dad replied with a smile on his lips. I can see he’s happy to see me.
“Let me. You should just rest, you know.” I said and took the knife in his hands. I suddenly cut his skin on his arms and soon it started to bleed.
“Omo! Gomenasai Oto-sama (I’m sorry Papa)!” I apologize and get a tissue. I was about to wipe off the blood when my heart pounds all of a sudden. My eyes started to heat and my adrenaline suddenly rushes, I don’t know why.
“Yunho? Yunho, are you alright? Let me.” My father said and took the tissue in my hand but before he could finally reach it, I hold a tight grip on his wrist.
“Yunho? Son, what are you doing?” My Dad asks and starts to panic when I look at him with red eyes.
“O-otosan…” the only words I said before I attacked him. He screamed as soon as my fangs pierced on his skin. My Mom on the other hand, hurriedly went to the kitchen and gasps at the scene.
After my father, I took my Mom’s life too. I just couldn’t stop. I wish to stop but I couldn’t. After that, I lifelessly slide my back on the wall, down to the floor and look at my parent’s lifeless body.
My tears suddenly come down, rushing. What have I done? I killed my parents. Who am I? I don’t know myself anymore. Then I remembered the day Hero saved me. Maybe he’s the one who’s responsible for this.
After sinking everything that happened, I buried my parents on our backyard and quickly washed up before leaving the house. I don’t have a family now. I don’t have anything anymore. I was a monster. And I hate Hero more than anything in the world because of that.
I was on their school gate when I saw him with the other guy. He kissed him on the cheek and even called him baby. I was even more in rage after that. How dare him cheated on me? How dare he to ruin my life just like that? How dare him!
He then finally saw me. I just run back to his dorm and get my things and go. I was mad. I was hurt. I was used. Completely used by him.
I then left a note again, saying hurting words to him. He deserves that. He doesn’t love me. He doesn’t even care.
I took one last look at the room who witnessed everything that happened ever since I met Hero before I finally took my leave and never wished to come back.
*End of Flashback*
“I never wished for it but he turned me into one without my consent! I will never forgive him!” Yunho shouted and throw his pillow on the wall.
“Hyung, maybe you two had a misunderstanding. You should confront him, you know.” Siwon said.
“What for? He ruined my life! I have to ruin his!” Yunho said in anger.
“Why am I the only one who’s still haven’t got a bride?” Siwon suddenly ask himself and pouted, thinking He’s the only one who still not found his destined one yet. He tried and tried but he always fails.
“I thought you already found her err, him? His name is Hyukjae, right?” Yunho asks.
“He’s Donghae Hyung’s bride but I fall in love at first sight when I saw him in a girl’s dress at the ball. I don’t know why. After learning from Heechul Hyung he’s a guy, I fell in love with him even more after that.”
“Then steal him before I kill him, Siwonnie.” Yunho said.
“Hyung, if you kill him, I’ll kill you. He doesn’t like Hero so spare him.” Siwon said in a serious tone.
“That’s not what I meant!” Yunho blushed.
“Hyung, you’re jealous. I can see it in your eyes.” Siwon then shook his head and lay on his bed after.
“I am not! I hate Hero!” Yunho shouted.
“Fine. If you said you’re not jealous then you’re not. Just don’t forget the plan.” Siwon said and turn the other side of the bed, facing the window.
“I won’t forget about it.” Yunho smirks.
This is the start of my revenge. This is the start of the Dark night for all the vampires. They’re going to taste our bloody revenge. They just have to wait and see.
