today was fun i woke up about 6:30-6:45 and started school finished early and then took a 2 or 3 hour nap and then started working out again (of which i'm am so stinking weak, i could only bench press like 110 lbs. and on leg extensions i did 180 lbs) and i just finish folding papers (phase one of penny saver route have to throw tonight) and i need ( Read more... )

I just happened to stumble upon your lj. It's pretty boring. Make your life more interesting so you'll have something write about. I could totally send you in the right direction if you want some advice on weight-lifting.

ya but i used to be doing liek 140 for 10 reps i'm really weak right now. i could use alot of advice i think the hardest part(other than lifting really heavy things) is getting back into it i haven't worked out since the sixth grade. so i'm really stinking weak right now. i'll try to make my life a lil more interesting i know i'll tell stories about rebekah at school oh well i g2g school ttyl
