I learned moments ago of Noel's passing on Friday. Noel was a very dear friend who I regretfully lost contact with some years ago. We lived together for a few years at a place in Canberra around 1988. I think it was 11 McElhone Crt Belconnen. I moved in with Noel at "Tir nan Og" just after Craig & Kate moved out. shortly after, Karen moved in with

I'm sorry that news such as this should bring us into contact again.

I'm trying to let as many people know as possible. There will be a memorial service for Noel at 3:30pm this Tuesday at St. Luke's in Deakin.

It's Kate here (as in formerley "Craig & Kate" but of course I prefered the order "Kate & Craig" ;-)

I've only just today discovered the news about Noel and I'm so sad, obviously. He was such a fun person and a good person.

I think I still have some photographs of him in one of my albums so I'll send them on when I get them scanned. One of him standing in front of a fake boar's head and some other one at Tir-na N'ogth.

Thanks for sharing the store about Honey. I laughed until I cried. I _really_ liked the burping story too.

I've just re-read my comment above and it seems as though I'm not really cut up about Noel. I am. I'm just too stunned right now to relay a decent Noel story. I'm sure one will come to me. Just need to process all of this for a while.
