The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has internships in the Office of the Prosecutor each year for people with a legal background.  For their regular internships you have to be in your last year of law school at least, and they prefer people who can stay for six months (the minimum is three months).  They prefer
