Well, I like to cook and bake, so a week ago I remembered a cake my grandma Pepi used to make, is been years and years since we ate that cake, so I decided to find the recipe, that I got from her over 10 years ago and I made one last Saturday, that was slightly salty, today I used a different butter and my dad says that this one tastes different,

So this cake has no refined sugar in it? Only Splenda? I'm about to have a surgery that will make it impossible for me to eat refined sugar, but Splenda will be okay. This could be a great treat for me. Would you mind sharing the recipe?
