Lancaster Update

We've had a quiet couple of weeks.   No appointments.  Just stayed home doing chores and playing.   Friday Hal went to the lab for a blood test. It was the first time that, without a wheelchair, I was able to walk the length of the building to the lab and back.   I was winded, but no distress.  Quite an accomplishment.   I've been riding a
