I am working on drawing now. That pencil technique I mentioned about holding it from the back end of the pencil and moving it in a flowing way long arcs and such. I was drawing a figure in plaster with thinned oils. Suddenly I realized why I am doing it because all oil paintbrushes are very long handled and you paint from the back a bit so you don'

That's one thing the instructor in Coupville taught me about holding back on the brush. As he said "Why do you think they make it so long?" I didn't see any fear of oil in you to me! Hell ya got it all over the place there. You sure jumped in and helped when I started.
