I have been thinking long and hard about a lot of things in my life. I have little blood family and the few I do have well I don't have much relationship with. I am going to leave them alone. Texas coast anywhere except Corpus Christie.

Look at Matagorda Bay Texas.

Second possibility South Carolina coast, not as hot as Georgia with a climate similar to Texas.

Austin is gorgeous. The river is so deep and clean you can see almost to the bottom while kayaking. The people are nice, it's a college town atmosphere. I recommend this city.
