i went and got my ears checked because i've been having more trouble hearing than i used to since i've been to college. like my hearing's always been bad, but yeah it got worse. every other thing out of my mouth when i was talking to people was "what?" or "sorry, i cant hear you, what'd you just say

If it makes you feel better, I also have to get mine out but b/c of my medication I'm on, I can't get them out when I was originally going to (Jan. 4th). But at least we can compare recovery rates!!
Oh and I also have hearing loss in my left ear in the low frequencies. I was born with it though...but HEY! we're in the same boat!!

i'm probably not getting mine out until either spring break or over the summer. i'm so scared!

but i *promise* it's not as bad as it sounds~ the surgery isn't ovenight, so it's not as scary. plus, once you get your tonsils out, things are so much better and you don't even really have to worry about food as much {of course, since you=me and me=you, you knew i had to have this disease too hahahaha~ i got mine out in the beginning of senior year, right around this time actually}. and the sore throats really do die down and you get a lot of energy back. it's like your immune system got a booster shot!
let me know when you're getting it done, and what kind of italian ice flavor is your favorite, and i'll be there in a skip :)
