I don't really know what is going on with me these days... I have never been this tired... I am falling asleep all over the place... It's right retarded I don't know what it's all about... Anyway, life is going great and things are good but who knows where it will lead

I am constantly exhausted as well. And, I got like this during my internship last year too. I think it's teaching. That and winter. But mostly teaching.
