Nessa's home!!!! I went to visit her earlier this afternoon and she seemed back to her old self. She was roaming around the room, sniffing and rubbing up against everything, and she was even butting heads with me, which she rarely does. Also, totally true about the kickboxing ... some of those classes man, if you haven't been doing it for a few years, you can look pretty silly - trust me, I've been there too ;p

i'm telling you, man, I WANTED TO DIE!!!! i'm gonna go again tomorrow night, though...don't ask me why! it's a good work out...but i gotta make sure to drink PLENTY of water throughout the day so that my head doesn't hurt as much afterward
