jon is right on, yo! you gotta splurge at least a day a week. of course, i'm a bad influence, so maybe any food related advice from me shouldn't be lsitened to...
i think it's normal, though - on diets you'll lose weight faster towards the beginning and then taper off? just keep being healthy and exercising and all - that's what counts!
what's your newest acne medication? doctor prescribed?

my new acne medicine is not doctor prescribed because i've tried everything the doctor would prescribe. it's kinda like proactive but its all organic..its called arbonne. i like it much better than proactive cuz it's not as harsh..and it smells pretty...but i ran out of one of the steps so that's probably what's doing it. ugh.
i probably did plateau with my weight. melanie thinks i'm gaining mass, especially since i haven't been eating much these days. it's just obnoxious 'cuz i looked SO GOOD when i originally lost all that weight. gah.

I am also of the opinion that one day of splurging is good for the soul if not for the body.
Regardless, if you keep doin what you're doin, you're gonna lose that weight (if thats what you want)!!! I have faith.
