Jon, thank you for turning me onto FitDay.com because it really makes me feel better about myself! haha I don't think I ever realized that I could be burning calories by just walking around my office or copying something. It looks like, on a daily basis, I do burn more than I consume which makes me feel less of a fatty ( Read more... )

hehe you're welcome! At the beginning, I was burning almost the same as I was consuming so when I started cutting out calories, I started losing.

WOW! 5 lbs is SOOO close but they're some of the hardest to loose. Luckily, you have time! I'm finding that the healthier versions of the foods I used to crave are basically ok to quench the craving (I still haven't craved a coke zero over a regular coke... but we're getting there)

Those last five can seem to be difficult. I totally hear Jon though when he says you do have time :-) which is a great fortune.

You can definitely do it with a little discipline and exercise :-D
