I have so many pending projects to do today, but I'm waiting to get answers before I can move forward. For instance, I need to order and send a get well soon gift basket to one of our child actor's on Lower Learning, the feature who's set I visited on Saturday. The poor kid was hit by a car last week and he's still recuperating in the hospital. ( Read more... )

It looks like the rolls were actually the worst thing on your list... The ice cream and the granola tie for second. I don't think your eating is too far off though. It looks like its mostly healthy. If you're walking for 1/2 an hour each day and eating just about 100% as well as you can (I'd say you're at like 90% between ice cream, rolls, and 1/2 and 1/2) then the only reason you aren't losing weight is cause you're gaining muscle! One thing I see on here is you're only getting 36 oz of fluids, which, according to things I've read, is about 1/2 of what you're supposed to get. I've heard more water intake = losing weight so maybe work on that. I'd say your eating is under control and your exercise is adequate to being able to lose weight. The fluids can help ( ... )

i know the rolls was really what got me..but those numbers are even accurate because the rolls i bought were reduced fat (they were the pillsbury crescent rolls...i just couldn't find the nutritional info to input it)...but bread is probably one of my biggest weaknesses, next to chocolate, so that's not really something i'm willing to give up on ( ... )

I don't think you really need to give anything up you're doing well as is. I think the muscle toning will def help. Maybe thats it entirely.I think keeping up with the water intake and doing the muscle toning will get you where you want to be.
