OK, so there are vending machines everywhere. This is good, as we have a beer machine a few doors down the street. I even got my first can of HOT coffee the other day, which was a surprise, not least to my fingers

The older Japanese cars here are similar to the ones sold in Japan, they're fucking tiny. Hard enough for a largest westerner trying to get in the back of an already low/small taxi - worse when you're my size. Luckily the new ones (at least the last 5/6 years) are higher off the ground and more spacious so it's not a problem.

Too bad Gujarati sounds like Chinese and not Japanese.

Remove the chi's and cho's and it's probably all in English.
