I've booked 3 nights away in Brighton at the Aquarium Guest House. It doesn't look amazingly posh, but for £230 for 3 nights, it'll have to do. I hope it's nice. It's got huge a double bed, en-suite and a flat screen TV and breakfast. I'm really looking forward to it, I haven't been on a break away for four years now. Hopefully it will inspire me

Wow, the hotel sounds tres nice! Don't worry sweet, everyone gets cold feet about uni. Thing is, you'll be in Brighton which is so ridiculously close to London - if you get the fast train it's only 40 minutes, and with Young Persons railcard it's also ridiculously cheap - about £11 or something stupid. So you can go home as much as you like, with as short notice as you want to. And all your friends can come and see you and party in Brighton! It will be great, I promise you.

This time of year IS depressing - but you're making major steps towards improving your life and your career so you have nothing to feel down about! Feel proud of your pro-activeness.
