Myself and Kouy went shopping around for a holiday. It's been decided that Cancun would take a 10 hour flight there and back, which is a day gone each way, so Kouy suggested Turkey which is alot cheaper at the time of year we want to go. So we've looked at a few places, found a 4* hotel, all inclusive. I'm abit sad that Cancun is now off the list,

ooo exciting!! www.tripadvisor.com is definatly your friend with hotel bookings, especially Turkey. I loved it so much this is our third year there!! (also Holidaywatchdog website is fab)

Cancun is apperently better durin Easter/May time.

This is my first holiday in 8 years and I *really* need one, I'm so excited! Thanks for the websites! What is there to do in Turkey- is it good to shop/good night life? Is it cheap?

Ahh, Cancun. I'm sure I'll be ready for another holiday around Easter time. When does your degree finish?x

I found Turkey to be relaxing, and yes its definatly cheap (ther are no replica laws over there so its fakes galoure and some are pretty good) Its fun to go shopping but you do have to get used to being harrased in the markets to come into the shops (i found it fun haggling and walking away and them giving in)

I am not sure about night life because we have always stayed in the Resort and so havent tried the night life. Marmarris (spelling wrong) is more commercial side with more night life i think.

Just make sure you check hotel reviews because i know loads of people who have been to 5* hotels but got food poisoning, got bored of the food etc.
