Not too much, 'Hime. You'd just have to get to know your character, his/her personality and how s/he would behave, and then you just get up on stage and pretend to be them. :D Everything's made up right on the spot, and that's why it's fun (and funny).

Everyone I know is a stupid prude who doesn't like to do anything interesting. I'll ask around, though. I don't want it to just be me and Orihime and you... Although it WOULD be pretty funny ♥
