OK, I think very few people legitmately understand what I want to do in life. I can say "I wanna be a music director" over and over again, but does anyone outside the theatre world (and for that reason inside it too) actually know what it means? now, do you just want to direct, or do you actually want to orchestrate pieces for use in plays?

i understand what you mean fully! you need to listen to some jon brion. he does the film score for i <3 huckabees and eternal sunshine, both of which are great movies. i can't help but give in to certain feelings when i listen to his music.......i can feel like absolute crap, but feel thankful for everything i have after listening to his music. it also gets me all teary eyed too.
