when i got to work i noticed my manager in line at one of the food places in the lobby... it's 40 minutes later and she still not here.

the starbuck's line wasn't THAT long. hey! where is everyone???

IS TODAY A HOLIDAY I WASN'T INFORMED OF??? shite. i'm always the last to know.

things at work are ever changing... i have been waiting for my review for months now... first, my boss found out she had cancer... i waited while she went through chemo and now she's awaiting every day radiation... so, now is the time! i asked... once, twice... next week, wednesday, tomorrow... it keeps changing because one or both of us is too ( Read more... )

mom and sis left yesterday morning, had been here since thursday... overall it was a good visit. we went to pike place a couple of times, went to the aquarium which was totally fun, went on a boat tour that was very insightful and went on the underground tour in pioneer square. we learned a whole lot about seattle and how it came about, much more ( Read more... )

soooooooooooo... thee painting is coming along nicely... the red wall is perfected (minus all the white touch-ups we need to do)... started the dark blue wall, looks really nice, even nicer after we get more paint to do the 2nd coat... will do the other lighter blue wall at next painting interval... one coat down on the cabinets in the kitchen...
