Yeah, I drove past that sign again this morning, and I guess yesterday I didn't catch what the top of the sign says. The entire thing reads:
"I.N.S. AGNTS EAT FREE
¡VIVA LA MIGRA!"

. . . idiots.

P.S. Tip of the day: Always make sure that you park in a parking deck that doesn't close at 10:00 at night and have a phone that works.
