Hestia must have heard my plea. The kitchen sink is in, plumbing is all hooked up and working so all that's left to do is screwing the counter top to the cabinets and running some caulk around the sink! Wheeeeee! Actually, there's still plenty to do before the whole kitchen is finished, but this means we can cook and clean again.

I take back that comment about the worst part; I just recalled the 8hr fireplace paint stripping project. ;) and really trying to fix the old crappy cabinets was very bad, oww and sheet rocking the bedroom with all its odd angles and then mudding and sanding it.
This kitchen remodel has been the largesse project we have undertaken in the hobbit house and you’re doing an excellent Forman job, planning, staging, calculating and budgeting.

OOH. Yeah, nightmare project. That's the love you have to endure from an old house, I guess.
