as for the Q of the day....
i started slow. lol like i guess everyone did, but listening to Anti Flag, and NOFX, Union 13, and shit like that. what got me first somewhat liking punk, was how i was able to relate to it. since i had a bad family life, i just adapted to it. with the more hardcore punk shit, my ex boyfriend started getting me into in like somewhat, but not really. then my b.f now got me more and more into it. and from there its history.

haha I started off with those bands too, except nofx lol Well I basically started off like you too...My parents were also into punk in the 80s so i guess i caught onto it too lol my family was also going down at that point too and I turned to music for comfort and started listening to shit..well not what I listen to now but you know lol and it just went on from there =) I'm glad i didnt turn out ghetto like my cousins tho haha. ;)

i think what got me into the music i'm listening to now is the internet. because without i wouldn't have been able to download 9840958 songs and look up bands i thought i might be interested in. plus, i met a bunch of people online who got me into a lot of stuff. but people in real life didn't really influence me until i was already into it. they just were able to help me find more bands that i ended up liking.
