So with all that to do, it's only natural that I'm sitting here, typing up an LJ post.

It is natural to take a break once in a while! :P

What the heck is a play mat? and Playmobil pirates and fairies?

Yeah, I did need a break.

Playmobil is a German(?) company that makes little figures and playsets. At Christmas, Livi got a couple of fairy playsets and a big pirate ship. We play with them on her Ikea playmat made for trains and cars, but it's neally the right terrain for epic pirate vs. fairy battles, so I bought canvas and painted a new playmat. It's got a grassy field, beach, ocean, and a little sandy island. Pics will be posted when we can get better ones taken.
