Summary: Kyuhyun is a responsible little brother and when his older brother goes mad he's always there to shoot some guys for him.

”Heechul hyung left like an hour ago.”

The words echoed in the young male’s ears although he walked over the cold stone floor. He didn’t take notice of anything in his environment, not even things that should make him terrified, the opposite reaction as he entered the mansion. The guards who stood in the hallways were watching his movement, only eye globes moving.

It was completely dark outside and when Kyuhyun got free from his daze for a second, turning to look at the moon, a wolf’s howl could be heard. He got to the car and slammed the door close after him, starting the engine at once. Kyuhyun had somewhere to be, somewhere to go, to save someone.

“You promised” the dark-haired boy mumbled as he drove out on one of the larger roads, cars honking behind him as he forced the expensive vehicle to go faster and faster. Kyuhyun had all his attention on the dim highway to not crash into another car and waste time.

The lights from fewer lampposts beside the street flashed by him, creating patterns and shadows in his face and making him look ghost-like. His eyes were serious and he didn’t look like the first man to mock with about nothings. But appearances are deceptive, Kyuhyun is only a 17 year’s old boy who is still in high school. He might look like 20+ in his Armani suit, Patek Philippe and a sport car not many people could afford. His black, shiny hair was brushed backwards making him look like a real snob and the way his skin looked a little too perfect did make him look older.

Just a minute later he was at his destination, stepping out of the car with swag that would make anyone jealous. Kyuhyun narrowed his eyes as he heard a few gun shots from inside the building in front of him and took his route towards it. He had been at the place more than once before and kicked the door open with a determined face. The boy straightened his jacket and moved closer to the stairs in the middle of the large room. He didn’t even hesitate as he kicked the guard in the face, making him fall to the floor. Maybe it was a good thing to know the king of material arts after all, Kyuhyun thought.

Taking the stairs upstairs was harder though, guards came in loads towards him and Kyuhyun cursed while he jumped up on the handrail, fishing out his gun in the same move. He landed on the floor like a skilled cat and successfully hit the first two guards, both in their thighs. Kyuhyun had learned to not kill and only in emergency he allowed himself to take someone’s life. He took a run towards one of the guards who now were lying on the floor and picked up his gun in the run, since his was out of bullets. Kyuhyun might not be an expert on guns but he knew well enough how a usual 9mm worked. He shot the fourth guard but swore as he hid behind a pillar, holding his arm where a bullet had ripped open a scar on his arm. Kyuhyun took a deep breath, gathering all concentration before leaping out from his hiding place, shooting at anything that moved.

When Kyuhyun got mad he could easily lose his mind and in a split second that was what he exactly had done. When his pupils got back to normal size again he cursed for the tenth time that night, glaring at the dead man’s face where the bullet had dug into the skin, right between his eyebrows, like it was his fault. It pretty much was since he made Kyuhyun mad in the first place.

But Kyuhyun was on a mission and speed up towards the stairs, now without guards, for the second time. The door easily gave in in front of him and he entered the now quiet room but the second he was inside a gun muzzle was pointed at his face. But Kyuhyun was calm and his eyes met the other males without fear. The gun was slowly lowered and the owner of it was breathing heavily making Kyuhyun worry. The boy decided to not look at the bodies lying in the room and just took a step forwards, searching for the other male’s hand.

“Hyung, let’s go home now” he whispered and grabbed his brother’s hand, pleading. The older man sighed and lowered his head, nodding at the younger boy.

“I’m sorry.”

“I know. It’s okay.”
