Yes, the subject line sounds blasphemous, but I assure you I have every reason to say it. I just came from 10 days of Hell at the supposed "Happiest Place On Earth" and am considering never going back, despite having vacationed there about 20 times in my 29 years of existence. Are you serious? That's completely outrageous. I'm sorry to hear you had such a sucktastic experience there. >.< It'll make me think twice before I go decide to go there myself.

Outrageous is a really good word to describe what Disney did to us. I've cooled down since I've come back to Toronto, but now I have to write a very long letter to their headquarters and that won't be a pleasant process. Anyway, we'll see what happens. If they handle my complaint well, I will give them another chance. However, if they don't, I will personally never go back and probably recommend everyone I know to think twice about spending their hard-earned money on a trip there.
