I've made a monumental decision; I'm giving up on Real Estate. I will keep my license current but I'm quiting the office. It's way to much stress so much money going out and noting coming in. I'm enacting a change of plan plan as I write.

A tough decision, but based on what I've heard covering the industry news and from other friends who worked in the field, I think you are making a good decision. I've talked to other people who were just unhappy with the whole thing. I'm glad you are doing what's best for you.
