You are so right. Everything in moderation. I have just leaned toward excess a bit much lately. Gotta get back on the wagon!

I ate some of that last night! I am getting to the limit of my weight amnesty though, I think it's about time to re-join the Y and eat better and get my butt back in shape!

I give myself two sugar amnesty days a year: Halloween and Easter. I do whatever the F I please on those days. Otherwise I know there's a ridiculously huge amt of sugar in everything from catsup to "healthy" cereal. AW

And corn syrup is in EVERYTHING from crackers to tuna! My son is allergic so I have to check labels and i was floored when I realized how prevalent that crap is now.

Oh addiction is just such a jerk, huh? I am not one for sugar, but I can certainly relate in other rights. I enjoyed this!

It IS a jerk. And I know a sugar addiction is certainly not the most detrimental to my health and well being, but still a pain in the ass.

Eesh. Diabetes runs in my family too, and I've been doing my best lately to drink water, water, water, and eat veggies. I really don't think I could do the whole needle thing...

Swedish fish is my candy crack, good god I love those things. I don't think we have a local krispy creme any more, but I used to live near one, so I totally know that addiction too! XD Amusing and easy to relate to entry. :)
